The booking and communication were great from the beginning, and the welcome on arrival was very friendly. The apartment is perfectly located near the highway, which allows you to quickly start your excursions. Shopping is endless within 5 minutes by car. Shopping is even possible on public holidays and Sundays. The apartment is cute, clean and has everything you need. Our highlight for the daily end of the day was to spend the afternoon in Heiligenhafen on the beach, with herring rolls and beer😀. In the evening, we regularly fell into bed, exhausted from the good sea air and the many walks. I'm sure we'll be back, happy to repeat. The place is really great and we are happy to recommend it. Hi. I myself have now spent 7 nights on site in the depths of winter. The accommodation, lovingly decorated and equipped, offers everything necessary to rest and unwind. According to the space available, the shared use of the roof terrace is worth its weight in gold. A special asset in summer. It was a nice time, which I would like to repeat at any time! I wish Simone all the best and a full house again and again! It's worth it!

Top location and connection! A tasteful and cozy apartment with beautiful views. With so much exciting reading, days could only be spent reading if the surroundings were not so tempting. High-quality kitchen equipment, even if more for narrow personalities. The entrance area can be unsettled at first, but Kerstin explains everything so clearly and kindly and at the top there is a lot of space for relaxation and enjoyment. You can argue about art, sensitive stomachs, just turn them around. ;) Tip: keep luggage clear! The shortest distance from the parking lot around the house to the 10th floor is longer than expected and also includes some stairs in addition to the elevator. But everything is doable and arrived at the top, people forget every hardship anyway. Then the possibility of a warm bath - a dream! Vegetarian/vegan living people are well advised in the boathouse right at the feet of the house. We were absolutely thrilled! Thank you,Kerstin!

We had a great stay at Jan's apartment! We especially liked the great location, right in the center of Niendorf. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. We also loved the good basic equipment (e.g. various spices and oils in the kitchen). The contact with Jan was also very friendly and without problems. We will be happy to come back!

A super nice place to stay. We were received personally and very warmly and friendly. We were provided with direct tips and brochures for attractions that we could do there. The place itself was just great, very clean, nice quiet location, everything you need is there. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation is charming, simple but stylishly designed and offers great views of the countryside. The play barn is an absolute plus for children and adults. Klütz is very pretty and Boltenhagen is a stone's throw away. Martin and Christiane are super nice and were always available and helpful. We fully recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.

5 stars for this great Airbnb. And that's only because I can't give 6 stars. The apartment is well equipped and the things are not just available to fill the checklist on Airbnb. No, everything is thought out and prepared in such a way that you can really use it. This applies to everything! From the super-equipped kitchen to the ready-to-use fireplace. In addition, Sebastian was a super nice and helpful host. I am sure we will come again!

We were at Johanna's for the second time and we will certainly be regular guests! Everything was fine, the apartment is quiet, sparkling clean, with everything you need. The large garden and sunny terrace are beautiful to relax. You can walk to the beach in Pelzerhaken in 4 minutes. We look forward to next time.

Lena and her father are extraordinarily friendly hosts. The stay was just great. The location of the apartment is 5 minutes walk from the center and harbor, it is very quiet and finding a parking space for the car is no problem at all. The beautiful apartment is well equipped, we especially used the beautiful kitchen often and gladly. Everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonja and Christoph's place. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Especially the bed was very comfortable. An Edeka is directly up the street and is even open on Sundays and public holidays, so you can easily cater for yourself in the cozy kitchen. Finding a parking space was never a problem either. We will remember our stay fondly!

My colleagues enjoyed staying at Regine's place again. Regine is always helpful and accommodating. We are always happy to come back and look forward to the next visit.

Overall, we had a really nice stay at the BeachBude. The apartment is really furnished with a lot of love for detail, so you immediately felt comfortable. We lacked nothing in terms of furnishings and inventory. The location is also perfect, as you are right in the center. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you need is in the immediate vicinity. We had concerns at first, whether it might be too loud for us, but it wasn't like that at all. The guest folder was very helpful, especially the free parking spaces saved us a lot of time. Thank you, dear Julia, for the relaxing days in your accommodation! We were very pleased :).

We spent two beautiful days in the bright and friendly apartment – together with my girlfriend's four-year-old daughter. The apartment was clean, welcoming and cozy, so we felt right at home. The parking fees in the parking garage are not without, but the wellness area and especially the swimming pool delighted us. The location couldn't be better either: the sea is almost right outside the door! We were able to enjoy the water, stroll along the promenade and browse the many small shops. All round, a successful short trip

A very nice apartment. We especially liked the hot tub in the patio. For dog owners, the location is perfect. Directly behind the garden it goes into the forest and to the (dog) beach it is also not far. We'll happily come back anytime:)

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

We had a really great time staying at the place! Everything was super relaxed – totally quiet, but still you are on the beach or in the village in a few minutes' walk. Perfect mix. We were there with two dogs and everything was just right: The garden is completely fenced, the two could move freely, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped – nothing was really missing. Everything is very clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love. Lutz was super friendly, totally uncomplicated and flexible – you just feel welcome. The bikes were a great extra, and the fact that they even thought of the spa card and a guide was really practical. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.
