Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. In 3 minutes you can walk to the promenade and the sea. On cold days, the sauna pampers you and guarantees peace and relaxation.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.
