Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

This 49-square-meter (527-square-foot) apartment, decorated in a cozy style, can accommodate up to 4–5 guests, with a double bed and a French bed. Kitchen and bathroom are currently being renovated – first rental from May. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and parking available in front of the house.
