Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Lej vores Lillehus

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan

EXCEPTIONEL BELIGGENHED. Herskabslejlighed perfekt beliggende ved Sønderborgs gamle havnebassin - midt mellem Sønderborg Slot og Chr. X’s bro med udsigt til Dybbøl Mølle. Hvis I forventer perfekthed i alle detaljer, så undlad venligst at booke denne bolig…😉 Det er ikke et 4-5 stjernet hotel, jeg har ikke håndværkere, som kan løse ethvert problem med få timers varsel, og rengøringen kan overse småting. Ligesom hjemme hos jer selv🥰🤷‍♂️ Men… Jeg gør mit bedste - det kan I være sikre på😊❤️☀️

NYRENOVERET 2021 Med vores charmerende sommerhus får du en af Kegnæs's fineste placeringer direkte ved vandet, ud til smuk strandeng med badestrand og badebro. Den store træterrasse ved huset gør, at du kan finde plads i solen på alle tidspunkter af dagen, samt bl.a. nyde din morgenkaffe, mens skibene sejler forbi på Flensborgfjord. Lyset, vandet og den skønne natur er helt magisk på denne del af Sydals. Gå og cykleture, fiskeri, kajak og jollesejlads og kitesurfing er populære aktiviteter.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Nyd det simple liv i denne fredelige og centralt beliggende bolig. 1 km til centrum af Sønderborg og 1 km strandpromenaden og Gendarmstien. Lejligheden ligger på 1. Sal i en murermester villa fra 1934 og er på 78 kvm. Boligen er en ikke ryger bolig, hvor der er plads til op 4 personer. Der er som udgangspunkt ikke sengelinned og håndklæder med i Bookingen. Hvis man ikke har mulighed for have det med selv, så kan vi være behjælpelig med dette. Vi tager en lille gebyr for det.

At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt. Specielt når aftensolen sender sine stråler ned på de omkringliggende øer, må man knibe sig i armen for at sikre sig, at man ikke drømmer.
