Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kavala Prefecture

Katerin's place was an absolute gem 2- 3 mins walking from the local beach, 5 mins drive from Amalofi beach- great sea bars, perfect for kids as it was not deep at all. Katerina and her husband greeted us with complimentary fruits, nice cold water and refreshments which was a very nice touch. The place easily takes family of 6 or maybe even more. It was walking distance from everything- restaurants, nice footpath along the sea, entertainment and supermarkets We really enjoyed staying at Katerina's place and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for relax at the seaside.

Το σπίτι βρισκόταν μέσα στην παλιά πόλη της Ξάνθης σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, όλα ήταν στα πόδια μας, καφέ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καταστήματα. Ο χώρος ήταν ζεστός, βολικός, εργονομικός και με άψογη αισθητική. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ άνετη. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα την Ξάνθη ως προορισμό για διακοπές και φυσικά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, αν θέλει κάποιος να επωφεληθεί στο έπακρο όλα όσα έχει η πόλη να του προσφέρει. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

Am petrecut 10 zile liniștite in casa oferită de Zoi. Eu și familia mea ne-am simțit excelent în această locație care are o poziție excelentă în sudul insulei Thassos de unde poți să ajungi cu ușurință în toate zonele insulei. Recomand cu plăcere această locație. Comunicarea cu Zoi a fost impecabilă, iar când au apărut mici probleme, a intervenit prompt și în cel mai scurt timp a remediat ceea ce am sesizat noi. Am fost pe această minunată insulă de peste 8 ori, dar cu siguranță data viitoare când ne decidem să revenim în Thassos, tot la Zoi ne cazăm. Ca să înțelegeți cum a fost experiența noastră la Zoi, o să vă spun doar atât… ne-am simțit ca acasă…. și asta trebuie să vă determine să alegeți să locuiți la Zoi pentru a vă bucura de o vacanță fericită și liniștită! Karakteri ve tarihi olan bir ev. Belki bazılarına kasvetli gelebilir ama ailem ve benim için güzel bir deneyimdi. Antika eşyalar mevcut. Mutfakta sadece yağ eksikti. Evin taştan bir avlusu vardı. Kahvaltı için güzel bir alan var ama arılarla ilgili önlem almalısınız. Keşke resimlerdeki gibi bir zeytinliğin içinde olsaydı ama bu da yetti.

My family and I are staying for the second time in Thenia's apartment. The location is great, really 2 minutes from the beach. Very stylish and cleanly maintained home, you feel at home, with everything you need. There is a very spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The host is extremely attentive and responds quickly and always helps. There is a great restaurant across the street, 2 km away there is LIDL. We will be happy to visit again.

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

This house was the best place we ever stayed. Quiet, amazingly organized, spacious and so cosy! Every detail was in its place, what we needed we found intuitively and easily. Beautiful yard, flowers smelling at night, lots of space to work or to meet friends, perfect kitchen. The house was fully equipped! And on top, the most nice and caring host!

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

Μεγάλο και ζεστό σπίτι με δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο με χώρο στάθμευσης εντός του οικοπέδου της οικίας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι πρόθυμοι πάντα να μας βοηθήσουν. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή για δύο ζευγάρια. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ελπίζουμε να ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα!

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Biz 4 kız girdik ablamlarla çok egelndik sakin,temiz güzel bir ev. Ev sahibi çok kibar her türlü soruya yanıt verdi. Sabah kalktığınızda evin balkonundan harika bir deniz manzarası mevcuttur.

Мы с семьёй первый раз побывали в Греции и первый раз снимали здесь жилье. Очень рады что первым жильём был дом Filippos и Markella! Дом великолепный: очень чистый, уютный, комфортный, есть всё нужное для кухни, ванны, для сна. Markella очень отзывчивая, так как быстро отвечала на вопросы и помогала когда нужно было!!! Спасибо вам большое!!! Очень рекомендую Venetia's House!

Der Aufenthalt bei Alexandra war außergewöhnlich. Eine unfassbare schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen von Kavala bis Thassos und die Chalkidiki, eine geräumige Wohnung und eine Gastgeberin, die sich besonders herzlich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir haben sogar an beiden Tagen ein super leckeres Frühstück bekommen und auf dem Balkon genossen. Alexandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und tolle Persönlichkeit.

This Airbnb was amazing! The views were absolutely breathtaking, with huge windows offering a stunning sea panorama. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend!

Geldiğimizde bize yaptığı kek 🙏🙏🙏😍 bahçeden toplanmış incirler, marmelatlar, pişi ; ama en değerlisi Sorulanın samimi cana yakınlığı 🙏🙏 ve çılgın 🐶 bizi Kavala’ya ve bu eve aşık etti. Panagiotis hat hier eine eigene kleine Erholungswelt erschaffen: es mangelt an nichts. Pool, Spielplatz, Tiere, Garten,… Ein herrlicher Ort um Urlaub zu machen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und in den kleinen Städten Asprovalta, Vrasna und Stavros. Das Haus sowie die Anlage war wirklich sehr schön und lädt zum verweilen und relaxen ein. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit

Absolutely amazing! Kalli is a gorgeous host She was very helpful and kind to all our questions. about sea - you just need to get out of the gate, cross the road and you are on the sea! the garden is a little paradise, where you can stay with your family, kids, enjoy your bbq. villa itself is very cozy and has all you need, 3 spacious bad-rooms, 2.5 baths, enormous living with a handy kitchen and big dining table. we've all enjoyed our stay in Kalli's vila. btw, Kalli even helped with stuff for our toddler, she was kind and borrowed a stroller, kid's dining chair so it was so mush helpful to make our holidays as pleasant as it only could be. recommend!!!

The place is in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view to the sea. It is very spacious, with all amenities, and feels homely. Alexandros was very responsive and helpful. Had a great stay overall - would recommend.

Die Villa mit Swimming Pool liegt diskret an einem Hügel, umgeben von 20 ha Land, und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf Drama und Umgebung. Die Architektur des Hauses ist fantastisch und die Einrichtung der Räume ist äusserst stilvoll. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine griechische Taverne und in wenigen Minuten Fahrdistanz befinden sich zwei Supermärkte. Das Meer befindet sich in rund 40 min. Entfernung, aber das Anwesen ist so schön, dass wir die meiste Zeit dort verweilten. Last but not least, Anna, Achim und Familie sind grossartige Gastgeber.

We were amazed by the kindness and generosity of the host family. We had to book at the last minute because our original plans fell through, and even though we sent our request in the evening, we were in the house the next day, beautifully clean, fully stocked fridge, with check-in three hours early! Betina’s brother Tasos managed the communication and their father Lazaros met us at a nearby tavern and showed us the way and explained everything, and even gave us some of his own-made wine, which was delicious! It honestly felt as though we were family which they were looking after - we will never forget this kindness. We agree with all of the other reviews - the house is spacious, fully equipped kitchen, amazing garden, easy walk to the beach (which in October, we mostly had to ourselves!), quiet and safe. We would love to come again. Thank you.
