Comfy, bright 3 bedroom condo in the Agios Loukas neighbourhood of Kavala. Right in front of a park, with great view, getting tons of light through the large windows. Very spacious with homely vibes, since this is our family home. 3 bedrooms on the top floor with spacious balconies, and two bathrooms, plus a washing machine. Huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the lower floor, with spacious balcony and patio set. 1 private parking spot, bus stop across the street.

Welcome to our Horizon luxurious penthouse with a breathtaking sea view above the city of Kavala. The penthouse has a 70 sqm sea view terrace in the front and a 60 sqm mountain view terrace in the back. It is entirely renovated and equipped with modern furniture and electrical equipment including silent air condition in every room. The penthouse is located in the area of Agios Ioannis. Within a 5 minutes walk you can reach Rapsani Beach and within 10 minutes walk you will be in the city center.

An indoor pool is highlighted, with clear blue water reflecting softly against the bright walls. Wicker seating is arranged nearby, providing a relaxed atmosphere. A staircase leads to the upper level, offering glimpses of a comfortable living space beyond.

Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 km from the city center and 2 km close to a sandy beach. It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

Three floor house in Kavala center with private parking for 3 cars (2 indoor, 1 outdoor) and view to the castle and the mountain. Big kitchen with sitting room and bathroom in the second floor. This separates the house very effectively for 2 families traveling together, as the bedrooms are in 1st and 3rd floor (attic). The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the attic is used as 3th bedroom. Ideal for families.

A private balcony features a macramé wall hanging, adding a touch of texture to the space. Scenic views of colorful buildings and the sea are visible in the background, with gentle pastel hues of the sky hinting at sunset.

A house with character and history. Maybe it may sound gloomy to some but it was a nice experience for my family and I. There are antiques. Only grease was missing in the kitchen. The house had a stone courtyard. There is a nice area for breakfast but you should take precautions with bees. I wish it was in an olive grove like the pictures, but that was enough.

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Apostolos holiday home is something very special, both in terms of its design and its location. You stay in the middle of an olive grove, close to nature.
