The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

The house is very confortable and there are all things you need. Very quiеt and nice place. The view from the sitting area in the garten is wonderful-olive trees. The beach is 15 minutes away on foot and 5 min. by car. We will come back with pleasure.

Very friendly hosts. Warm welcome, equally friendly all days. Elini bakes amazing, vegan chocolate cake! Beautiful, somewhat secluded location: tranquility and magnificent views over the area and the sea. Exactly what we wanted. However, it was not clear to us in advance that the hosts themselves also live on the property in an adjacent part of the house, so occasionally someone walks by. However, they left us peace and privacy. There are 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. What is missing is a sitting room. One of the three bedrooms is on the first floor and you could use that space as a sitting room. However, with the nice weather, you don't need a sitting room, because the outdoor space then functions as such. A spacious, covered outdoor kitchen with a very large dining table, where you can sit well in the shade. There are also several seats in the tuiin, including under a beautiful tree.

The owners are great, really hospitable and helpful. The house has great panoramic view over the sea and garden full with flowers and treas. It was clean, functional and equipped with all kitchen necessities. Large veranda, great for lunch or dinner outside. Peaceful place, walking distance from a great public beach with crystal clear water. There plenty of other small and large beaches and several good restaurants in close proximity, while Nea Paramos is just 6 km away.

We enjoyed our stay in Claudia's apartment. Especially the patio off one of the bedrooms. Very walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping.

We booked this property for a group of 7, and it turned out to be even more spacious than the photos suggested. Our stay was incredibly pleasant—everything was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The backyard was a highlight; we grilled and dined outside nearly every day, taking full advantage of the lovely outdoor space. The house has a charming, authentic vibe that added to our experience. If there's one regret, it's that we couldn't stay longer due to our limited vacation days. The host and her husband were exceptionally friendly and responsive, offering great recommendations for local taverns and sights around Kallirachi. They were always available and eager to assist whenever we needed help. Just a note: you can only park 1 car at the property, but there is a parking available about 3-4 minutes walk time. I highly recommend this place anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Minko is running several apartments on Thassos. We stayed in a 3-bedroom maisonette that was well suited for our needs and had two amazing terraces. The place has stunning sea views and is great for anyone who wishes to have a great vacation on the island. Minko himself is a rather good host - he was responsive, proactive, and helpful and met our needs in a great manner. We'd gladly revisit him!

A nice cozy apartment that has everything you need for a great sea break. There is an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min walk from a restaurant that serves local cuisine. If you're with a car, it's a good starting point to explore the surroundings, most notably the city of Kavala that has a lot to offer. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Dimitrios’s place was exactly what we were looking for - simple, yet very clean accommodation, right on the beautiful and not crowded Kakoudia Beach. We are a family of 4 and the the villa provided a comfortable stay for our group. The great garden was a surprising additional touch to the villa. You have all the amenities to prepare your meals and Ierissos with its shops and restaurants is 5 minutes by car away. Last but not least the hospitality of the family is extraordinary, very friendly and kind.

Niki was amazing, really a great person who is pleasant to be around. Would definitely recommend staying at Niki's place.
