We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

Ljupka and her mother are truly wonderful hosts! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. It was such a lovely surprise to find complimentary wine, water, and beer waiting for us in the fridge. Ljupka’s mother even prepared delicious homemade sweets and a traditional pie — absolutely delicious! The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending quiet evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay is thoughtfully provided. We wholeheartedly recommend Ljupka’s apartment and would love to return someday!

Darko’nun annesi Desa’dan daha kibar bir ev sahibi hiç bir yerde görmedim. Son derece tatlı ve yardımsever bir insan. En ufak ihtiyacımızda bile çok yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca evin konumu ve manzarası çok güzel. Teşekkürler kibar Desa 🌸🌸🌸

Slavko ile iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı , gittiğimizde bizi eşi Sanija karşıladı , kibar ve tatlı bir bayandı , heryer temizdi , çarşaf takımları yumuşatıcı kokuyordu , evde çamaşır makinesi dahil mutfak ve diğer tüm ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu ,manzarası işte fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi ,balkonda oturup manzarayı izledik eski şehiri gezip balkondan manzarayı izlemek için can attık . Eski şehir yürüyerek 15 dakika ancak çıkış biraz yokuş olduğundan sıkıntı olabilir biz yürüyerek indik ve taksiyle çıktık ancak kotora yine gelsem bu eşsiz manzarada konaklamak isterim

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in Perast. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Such a wonderful stay! Host was gracious, responsive and very helpful. Location was perfect and the view was amazing. Montenegro was nothing short of amazing. The space had everything we needed to feel at home and having the parking spot was very helpful. Ilija was very friendly and gave a lot of helpful tips on places to eat activities to do. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic 10 days at Drazin Vrt. The view from the apartment is stunning and we never tired of gazing out over the bay of Kotor. The beach across the road, Bajova Kula is pebbled, like most of those on this side of Kotor, but idyllic. There’s a lovely beach bar which was just opening while we were there. Five mins down the road is the floating Kraken Bar with lovely mussels & underwater stored wine. Perast 10 mins in the other direction was full of restaurants, beautiful buildings & the Lady of the rocks. Kotor is easy to get to and we visited many other places including Durmitor Park, Budva and all of the coastal hamlets. The apartment is really well laid and very comfortable but you will need a car to get around as there isn’t really a concept of pavements. The coast road is busy from sunrise to sunset but was not an issue for us. I can’t recommend this place enough, far enough away from Kotor to barely see the cruise ships but close enough to explore. Stunning!

An exceptional apartment. The view is incredible! Natasa is an amazing air BnB host, responsive, helpful and friendly. Her apartment is worth every penny. It’s spotlessly clean with every single useful amenity you can think of. The air-con was efficient and welcomed. The balcony area is huge and we spent so much time on there with the view. This apartment is a short walk to old town, be prepared for some steep steps however. It’s worth it to stay out of the old town itself though, and you can drive if you need. Highly recommended and we would love to visit again. Thank you Natasa!

Mijlan ve annesi harika evsahipleri🌸 Eve girdiğiniz anda sanki ailenizin yanına ziyarete gitmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz.Sizi nar şerbeti ,kahve ve sıcak bir gülümseme ile karşılıyorlar.Ayni dili konusamasak bile Vera Anne bize çok yardımcı oldu.Ev tertemiz mutfakta temel ihtiyaclarin haricin de iki çeşit kahve bile var ki biz kahveyi çok sevdik🙏 Güne kuş sesleri ile uyanmak muhteşemdi. Ev konum itibariyle Kotor merkeze araba ile 5_10 dak arası mesafede.Aracinizin olması gerekiyor.Evin kendi otoparkı var ki bu çok büyük kolaylık.Otopark konusu biraz sıkıntı merkezde (kotora inerken aroma markete gelmeden solda mezarlığın yanında ücretsiz otopark var .ordan merkeze 5 dak.yuruyerek geçebilirsiniz.) Ayrıca ev lovcenin eteklerinde olduğu için günbatımı ziyafetini de yaşayabilirsiniz. Sonuç olarak hem merkeze yakın olayım hemde huzurlu bir tatil yapayım derseniz aradığınız yer burası.... Her şey harikaydı. Ev temiz ve ferahtı. Ev sahibi şuana kadar kaldığım en iyi ev sahibiydi. Eve çıkan merdivenler biraz yorucu olsada yukarı çıktığımızda karşılaştığımız manzara harikaydı. Dışarda oturup kahve içmektense balkonumuzda oturup sohbet etmeyi tercih ettik. Her şet için teşekkürler Andrijana!! <3

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

Nikola’s place was fantastic! Looks just like the pictures. In a great location he was always available with helpful tips. Stay there!
