The best experience staying in this vila with my girls! 🙌🏼 Great appartments, incredible view, pool, bar, all applause’s to the host who made us feel like at home and helped with everything! You definately need a car for easy traveling. Also the private beach just 2min away. Highly recommended and cannot wait to come back again!🌼✨☀️

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

We loved our stay here! The view from the stay was really beautiful and made sure we could completely unwind. Despite the language barrier, the hostess was very friendly and did her best to help us. The accommodation was also clean. We stayed there for 2 weeks and got new towels and bedding halfway there. With a rental car, we could easily visit different places from the stay, which was often easy to do in terms of distance. The booklet with recommendations for beaches was also very useful and helped us discover the most beautiful beaches! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

We had the BEST stay! The host was so attentive — met us on arrival and even helped with our luggage. The place looks just like the photos, but the view is even better in person. Super clean, modern, and the hot tub was perfect for cooler evenings. Loved the built-in Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom — such a fun touch! It’s about a 15-minute walk to Budva Old Town and the Riviera, which are both beautiful and super clean. Definitely recommend using the Glovo app for food and groceries — very handy with the hills. Overall, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Luxurious, convenient, and totally worth it!

We booked an apartment for 6 nights in mid of September. They are spacious, clean, and have everything you need down to the smallest detail. Quiet and peaceful place. Charming views of the day and night Tivat, the sea and the mountains. The house is in the very center of the city on a mountain. There is a small cozy garden with orchard trees, swings and barbecue equipment. The road to the house is a little winding and steep, but we are used to and walked with a 5-year-old child (15 minutes to the center and 25 minutes to the nearest beaches), there are many small supermarkets and bakeries, restaurants around. Special thanks to the host Bozidar, who was constantly in touch and, if necessary, provided advice and assistance, such as sightseeing and airport transfer. At check-in, drinks were left in the room: wine, beer, water, juice. We were treated to a delicious cake to say goodbye and souvenirs. It was very nice to feel attention and warm attitude.

It was a wonderful accommodation experience, the location and view of the house are excellent. You can park your car in the private parking lot reserved for you in front of the house. It is possible to reach all beaches and must-see spots on foot. The host was very helpful in greeting. We stayed for a day, but the house was clean and everything was perfect. We wanted to change our plan for the next day and swim on the magnificent beaches of Sveti Stefan, so we asked the host to leave the car in the parking lot and he said we could stay as long as we wanted. We thank him very much. We highly recommend it for your stay. When we come back, we'll definitely try to book Vesna's house. See you soon

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

We had a great stay in Kotor! The location was perfect – centrally located, with everything you might need within walking distance. The place was clean, tidy and clearly maintained with care, which immediately made it feel welcome. The host was particularly friendly and proactive, gave clear communication in advance and was always ready with tips or help when needed – without being intrusive. What really made the difference: the parking lot. Spacious, safe and easily accessible – something you don't often see so well arranged at an Airbnb in the city. In short: everything was correct. We'd love to come back here!

The short May vacation was great. Quiet place, close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The apartment is just like the pictures and according to the rest of the recommendations. Nicely equipped, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and we were also greeted with a bowl of fruit and homemade cakes. This listing stands in our favorites for another visit, and we highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay, Iva was very helpful and attentive. We could check in early and was able to leave our bags after check out. Also, wifi was great. We used the sofa bed and it was very comfortable.

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Rajko and Danijela were our hosts and they were fantastic. This place is way off the beaten path, which was exactly what we were expecting. We were bicycle touring and we spent two nights here as we rode amazing and lonely roads from Cetinje to Perast. We went for a couple of hikes and a nice tadpole loop on our bikes, from the farm. Breakfasts and dinners, prepared by our hosts, were excellent, plentiful and inexpensive. There was always enough at breakfast for us to make a lunch, too. The small farm aspect was very nice, there’s a giant garden, lots of animals, great architecture and ruins and lots of interesting artifacts and local items. We kept the wood stove going throughout the night - the bedroom upstairs was cozy and warm - there was plenty of wood, and the Rummicube game saw some action, too. This is a very peaceful place and the hosts are friendly, welcoming and available. Highly recommended!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

It was a wonderful house in the center of Kotor. We stayed with 6 people very comfortably. It was 5 minutes away from the center of the city. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the view of Montenegro. Our hosts made us very welcome and provided helpful information about the city details. Thank you

Perfect accommodation for our group of 9! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location was ideal and we loved the pool. The only negative points were that the wifi was malfunctioning and one of the showers was leaking.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

The apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and was just a short walk in to the old town and had a handy super market right next door. Our apartment had 2 spacious balconies with gorgeous views and we loved the pool area! Fantastic hosts who provided recommendations and plenty of information on the local area.

Spectacular villa, the outdoor/pool area is incredible and the views are beautiful. The hosts are super helpful, and always on hand/available for anything you need. Highly recommend for a group stay!
