The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Quiet basement apartment with cozy winter garden and direct access to the forest. In our fully equipped, pet-friendly apartment we look forward to visitors of our beautiful hometown Hann. Münden. The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

Whether a walk through the Kaufunger Wald, Königsalm or the beautiful Kaufunger city center. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for everything. Car is absolutely not necessary thanks to the connections to Kassel or towards Hessian Lichtenau. You have a separate balcony at your disposal and can use the garden and terrace with all amenities. The fireplace is currently defective. Recently, a guest moved it in such a way that the pipes are leaking.

The cozy apartment is located in a former farmhouse from around 1900. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as a kitchen and an open living and dining area with a total of 42 m². An idyllic patio invites you to linger in the sunshine. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. The central location in the town center makes it easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.

We feel extremely comfortable there, and have thus created a place where even more than four people can comfortably experience the magic of our forest and its tranquility. The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufung Forest and below the collegiate church. It is a 5-minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
