Our apartment is suitable for home office. It is in a quiet and sunny location. The entrance is separate and leads via the staircase to the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy single bed (1 x 2 meters) and a cozy seating area that can be used as a double bed when folded out, as well as a dining area and TV. The bathroom, as a separate room, is only accessible to you. Starting point for excursions. Parking, small seating area in the garden under the trees.

With a double bed, reading corner, TV, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a wardrobe, it also offers space for a 2nd person. Laundry room and bicycle cellar are also available.

Parking is available directly on the property and free of charge.

We offer a small double room on the ground floor. Dogs are warmly welcome – please, a maximum of 1 dog. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the dog does not go on the bed. The apartment is located in the Neugablonz district in a former office wing and was renovated in spring 2024. The center of Neugablonz with shops and cafés is within walking distance, but the apartment is very quiet. A private parking space is available. Children are absolutely welcome with us and are taken into account in the furnishings.
