Monthly Rentals in Kastraki

We spent two weeks here, climbing and hiking in the local area, and the studio was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of hot water and heating as some nights were chilly in April. We cooked breakfast and the occasional quick evening meal and we regularly sat on the small terrace. We could easily get to plenty of places to eat. We slept very well and the blinds kept everything very dark, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay again when we return for more climbing as it was a perfect stay for us. Our host was great, and we appreciated the welcome fruit and biscuits! Our local contact, Kula, was really lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a magical 2 days at Maria and Tomas’ place in Kastraki. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts imaginable and we felt at home right away! The apartment itself was lovely- newly renovated and an amazingly well-stocked kitchen. We loved sampling Tomas’ strawberry liquer, too- thanks Tomas! The views of Meteora from the house are breathtaking, and it is just a short walk to the town of Kastraki from here (around 10 minutes). Thanks Maria and Tomas!

No complaints, the apartment offered by Giorgos is very functional, with a lovely view of the Meteors. There is everything you need within walking distance of the property (restaurants, bakeries, gas station). Giorgos was very friendly and accommodating with check-in and check-out times.

The area was a great base for our stay near Meteora. Mini market and taverns close by. Near road looping up to the monasteries.
