Meillä oli upea loma Anan talossa! Ana, hänen äitinsä ja isoäitinsä ovat todella ihania. Kommunikointi Anan kanssa sujui mutkattomasti ja hän vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Talo oli UPEA! Viihdyimme siellä todella hyvin. Paikat olivat siistit ja ulkotila oli mitä mainioin. Ana huolehti meistä hyvin ja oli meitä vastassa, kun saavuimme. Hän kertoi ohjeet ja antoi meille neuvoja. Hänen isoäiti ja äiti tekivät meille tuoreita croissanteja ja toivat meille omista puistaan ison kulhon kirsikoita, jotka olivat todella maukkaita. Heidän vieraanvaraisuus oli ihailtavaa ja arvostettavaa. Lisäksi Ana oli täyttänyt meille jääkaapin sinä iltana kun saavuimme, olimme tästä todella kiitollisia. Minulla ei ole mitään huonoa sanottavaa mistään. Kiitos vielä Ana ja hänen perhe <3

Het beste verblijf waar ik ooit ben geweest, prachtig uitzicht, prive geen storende buren of andersom, heerlijk zwembad pooltafel, het huis bijna te goed omdat je er niet weg wilde zo lekker. Verder niet in de beschrijving aangegeven maar geweldig vriendelijke ezel die van appeltjes houdt en heerlijk geaaid wil worden. Mago (de ezel) zijn we helemaal bevriend mee geworden en elke keer als we weg gingen bij het huis kwam hij ons gedag zeggen. Enige min puntje is de laatse 300 meter is onverharde weg maar dat maakt helemaal niks uit nadat je op zo’n prachtige plek terug komt. Ik kom volgend jaar weer!!

The home was spotless, exactly as described, and the view of the Adriatic is simply breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking, but there are also plenty of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and a pharmacy just a short walk away. While the price is on the higher side, it’s well worth it for such a stunning and peaceful location. Highly recommended!

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A professionally run listing, with a fantastic personal touch. A peaceful location with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained pool. Internally well designed with very extensively equipped kitchen. Mario very responsive to all our questions and he went above and beyond with advice about local medical facilities when needed for our daughter. And an extra shout out his mum who helped us enormously also. Everything was clean and comfortable, short drive to local beaches for great swimming, and plenty of supermarkets within the vicinity. Thank you Mario and family.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Dragica is a very kind lady said we could stay after check out time if necessary, went out of her way to meet us when we got lost, and gave us good advice about location.

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind einfach wunderschön. Am letzten Tag konnten wir noch Delphine in der Bucht beobachten. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Menschen waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen supergerne wieder!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay, very close to Split airport, to allow us to return our hire car and be ready for our early morning flight from Split airport. The apartment was well presented and matched the photos.

Wir verbrachten leider nur 2 Tage in der Wohnung, da wir sie als Überbrückung genommen hatten. Wir hätten uns nicht besser entscheiden können. Die Wohnung ist super schön gelegen, bietet mehr als ausreichend Zubehör in der Küche. Auch die anderen Zimmer sind sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der im Garten liegende Pool hat uns umgehauen. Auch der Garten ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und auch ausgestattet. Eugen angebautes Obst und Gemüse gibt es auch zu finden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bietet die Möglichkeiten zum waschen. Der Kontakt mit Ana war einwandfrei, man hat gemerkt, dass es ihr wichtig ist, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen und es ihnen gut geht. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Einziger Kritik Punkt wären die Mücken,dort wird aber auch genügend Material bereit gestellt, um dies unter Kontrolle zu bekommen. Wir bedanken uns für die 2 Tage, sowie die gute Kommunikation mit Ana.

Mia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und wir durften sogar vor der Zeit in die Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung selbst sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Vorteil, der gerade in den Sommermonaten wichtig ist: Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl, da es sich um einen altes Steinhaus handelt. Uns hat es Anfang Juni super gefallen.

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

A nice and clean apartment with parking spots in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped it’s got everything you need. The host was very welcoming and is responding quick to messages. All in all we had nice stay at the apartment.

Stedet til Franjo var fantastisk og vi ble positivt overraska av hvor godt stedet var tilrettelagt for oss. Franjo var i tillegg utrolig hyggelig og gjorde ferien vår enda mer koselig. Vil definitivt booke her igjen.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Apartamento grande, muito confortável, com estacionamento, muito perto da ponte para a cidade velha. A anfitriã é extremamente delicada e gentil.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und die Komminikation ist sehr gut! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

Ich durfte einen Monat in Lila’s und Borko’s Apartment verbringen und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Beide sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber und versorgen den Gast mit allem, was für einen sorgenfreien, entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt notwenig ist. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wird auch zwischendrin die Wohnung makellos gereinigt. Der Blick aus den Dachfenstern ist traumhaft, da sich die Wohnung fast am höchsten bebauten Punkt befindet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Man kann sich jeden Tag aufs Neue entscheiden, ob man lieber durch die kleinen, lebendigen Gassen mit zahlreichen Restaurant runter zur Riva schlendert oder doch in den großen Marjan Park, der direkt oberhalb der Wohnung beginnt. Man ist also genau in der Mitte zwischen Stadt und Natur. Hier finden sich auch viele schöne, kleine Buchten und Strände. Mein Favorit war der Kasjuni Beach. Ich habe mit bei Lila und Borko sehr wohl gefühlt und würde mich freuen, bald wieder zurückzukehren.
