Vacation rentals with a patio in Kaštel Novi

Had a lovely stay at Ivaca’s accommodation. It was bright, cheerful with a lovely view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable and also a lovely shower. A couple of patios to sit out on and even the chance to have dinner outside. The whole place was pristine. We had some chilled water to drink when we arrived as well as fresh home grown cherries and cherry liqueur. We only stayed one night on our last night before returning home. It would have been nice to stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay here. Everything was exactly as the pictures show, can’t fault the apartment itself at all. The host was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and supplied us with basics such as bread, milk and alcohol to get us started. I will say if you are staying here it would be best to rent a car as Trogir is a 10 min drive and there isn’t much around the apartment in a quick walk distance, and to get to split is a 35min on a good run. Taxis are fairly cheap if this isn’t an option though. All round we had an amazing stay and will be recommending this stay to friends.

Perfect place to stay for a last night in Split. Beach was a quick walk away and plenty of food options. Tihana was very helpful and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and very well-equipped place. The terrace overlooking the sea is the highlight. Communication with Snjezana went smoothly and she inquired about our well-being. We highly recommend a stay.

We had a lovely stay at Ivana's in Kastel Stari. The flat is spacious and well furnished. The outside area and swimming pool are great. Ivana was very welcoming and responsive. We had a late flight back and Ivana allowed us to stay a bit later, which was gratefully received. Kastel Stari and surrounding areas are beautiful. Lovely beaches and lots of good places to eat and drink.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was 10 minutes from the air , and a 10 minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. Split town is absolutely beautiful, and is about 30 minutes by car , but Ubers are very reliable and are about £20. Doris, was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious and the pool was great. I would highly recommend!!

Kata and her husband were outstanding hosts! She even gave us a bottle of champagne for my daughter's 30th birthday celebration! I wholeheartedly recommend her place, it's extremely comfortable, spacious, warm (or cold if you need it to be), and right between two touristic spots - Split and Trogir, one 25 minutes and the other 15 minutes away. It's less than 10 minutes from the airport. A small issue with a kitchen water leak was taken care of by her husband right away. I would definitely stay at Kata's place again!

Perfect place for us. Close to the airport and easy walk to the beach. The beach was nice and had a bar/cafe to hang out at. Kitchen was perfect size and functional. Bathroom was a good size. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

Perfect villa but far from the center

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

The vacation home is fantastic. the location, the Ppol, and very quiet. It is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - and more. The hosts are very friendly, we felt welcome right away. Despite a late arrival due to flight delay, we were warmly welcomed personally. The neighbors, the parents of the landlords are also very dear people! From the house you can take nice walks. 100% recommendation and thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

We had a great time at Josip's house. The estate is very peaceful and not overlooked. The bedding is comfortable and everything is very clean. We didn't want for anything. Josip was a very responsive, flexible and very kind host. We'll be back because it felt like a home away from home :)

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Marina's place was very comfortable and reasonably close to Split town center - we took Uber there to avoid dealing with parking. Head's up to future visitors - the nearby construction caused a couple Uber drivers confusion about where to pick up/drop off. The apartment is also well-located to explore Krka and Plitvice national parks. The apartment is very well stocked with provisions, among the best I have ever experienced in an Airbnb. I would definitely stay at Marina's place on a future visit to Split!
