Excellent location, very well equipped cottage with tons of games and activities and a very responsive and helpful host!!!

There were no complaints. Nice location, clean and spacious room, large and comfortable bedroom, kitchen and gallery gives a sense of space. The canoeing experience adds to the fun of the trip. The lakeside beach next to it is very quiet and beautiful, and it is a great place to watch the sunset.

Our stay at Addie's cottage was delightful. The place was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Both hot and cold water pressure was excellent, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. The bedrooms were tidy and comfortable. Addie proved to be very responsive and helpful, enhancing our experience. However, we encountered a few minor issues: 1) We discovered and eliminated several small cockroaches in the kitchen, particularly around the garbage cabinet. 2) The dining chairs were deteriorating, leaving lots of tiny pieces on our clothing when we used them. 3) The non-functional hot tub was a surprise upon arrival. Although mentioned in the listing, we missed it and so suggest making it more prominent, perhaps in the title, as the photos and description led us to expect a working hot tub. This could also be Airbnb's fault, since I specifically selected the "hot tub" option during my search, clearly indicating a preference for a property with a working hot tub.

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

Brett was an awesome host. Was always super responsive and helpful. His cottage was such a relaxing time for my family and I. The backyard was very private and great for my dog to run around in. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and using the fire pit!

Miranda’s cottage was a great spot for our annual ATV trip. The cottage was very clean and as described. Having a sauna and the ability to swim in the lake was also nice. Look forward to returning to the cottage continuing.

Everything was excellent except the fact that we chose the worst weather. It is a perfect getaway where you can relax in the nature. Very caring and professional host. Cozy and clean cottage. Wish we could've stayed longer.

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Ryan is without a doubt a great host. I had an issue and I contacted him before 9am on a Saturday morning and he responded within minutes. He was always available to help out and is very caring. His home is just beautiful. The pictures I took of the lake reflect the beauty of the place and the cottage is very peaceful and it’s indeed a great place to unplug but don’t worry because there is wifi and the phone reception is very good as well. My family and I really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Ryan for making this an unforgettable trip for us!

This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful ! Bill (property manager) was conveniently on site when one of the couples from our group arrived and went through everything and answered any questions we had. Located right off the OFSC trails, close to the scenic ice caves, and with use of heated garage for snowmobiles made our weekend very relaxing after a day of riding the local trails. Our group of 8 had tons of space to relax and unwind. I couldn't imagine staying at this property in the summer and not being able to find something to do.

Place was very equipped with everything you need to a perfect getaway from the city. Extra blankets and sheets. Host was quick and very friendly with her responses. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to just kick back and relax

We had a great time during our stay. Water toys made a plus for the trip. Beautiful view, rooms are clean, able to accommodate our requests during our stay. A very cozy and fun place to go!

Jesse is an amazing host. He was constantly checking in with us about our comfort. The house was squeaky clean. The highlight is the kayaks and paddle-boats. Kids had a lot of fun. House is pretty big with lots of area in the living rooms to sit and chit-chat. All in all a perfect getaway for big families.

The rental place is clean and well organized. Nina is quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

We had the most relaxing and magical weekend at the cottage. It looks exactly like in the photos. Beautiful nature, create for walking around enjoying the view from the window or just walking down to the dock. The cottage is clean and equipped with everything you could need. They have so much to stay entertained including countless games to choose from. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Beautiful cottage! It was super private and so cozy! The host did an incredible job of staging the place and making it feel homey with lots of fuzzy blankets. The fireplace was awesome! The best vibe for a winter cottage getaway. Place was super clean, and the attention to detail was incredible. Fully stocked kitchen drawers with everything you could possibly need. Washroom was super clean and overall house was great. I would definitely go back! Had the best weekend!

This was my second stay at this location, and again it did not disappoint. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful with the small touches, and in our case this time they braved a true blizzard to ensure the Valentine's hot tub was available. The location is perfect. The view is perfect. It's a cozy place in the winter (I've been both times in the winter), but I can tell it would be and incredible summer stay.

We had an amazing stay at Matt’s house in Port Sydney, Muskoka! Matt went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the stunning fall colors and the beautiful setting of the house, and responded to any questions within minutes of me asking. The house itself is incredibly clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Muskoka!
