Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described - clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in smooth and hassle-free with clear guidance and instructions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

First of all, I would like to say that Pavel is a communicable host who always stayed in touch and even helped with delivery of medicine to his address. As for the place and location, its all good: 5 minutes on bike to the beaches and all the "actions". Supermarket and several cool restaurants are a minute's walk away, one of which is an authentic italian one with excellent wine and pizza. The house is located on a hill, from which you can see the Kata area and watch a beautiful sunsets. The house itself is not big, but it has two working tables and everything you need. Yes, this is not a five-star villa near sea, but considering the price, this is a VERY good offer in this area for peak season. We were there for a 1.5 month and in general we can recommend this place if you do not need luxury and you spend a lot of time exploring the island or the sea. Everything was fine, thanks Pavel!

Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – peaceful and away from the nightlife, but still close to everything we needed. The place was clean, convenient, and had a comfy sofa bed for an extra guest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing spot near the city!

Paul is a great host. He is incredibly attentive and makes sure you have what you need! The space is located in a great location right near Kata beach and pretty comfortable. I didn’t cook in the space but the kitchen had most things. I would stick to very simple meals as it wasn’t elaborately stocked with all utensils etc. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building where you can get breakfast and they have daily specials for dinner.

I took my first steps in Phuket, with this accommodation. In my opinion bike is necessary, to get the full Phuket experience - but location is good with near 7/11, Bank and beach area. Pool is a great add on - pro Tipp, experience it after you spent your time in town to cool off. Good to have security in front of doors, gives a sense of security. Many Russian folks around, but I heard thats common for Phuket anyway.

The host was great. I checked in last minute due to complications at another Airbnb, and host was prompt in making sure the space was ready for us to check in as soon as possible. I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to my friend being physically unable to step in and out of high bathtub. The host was very understanding to the situation and took no time to process a refund. If you’re looking for a great location, great view, and living quarters and a host with great communication I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

The apartment is amazing! It's cozy, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I want to give a big thank you to Jane—she is a wonderful person who helped me with everything, even things not related to the apartment. The best host ever! :) All of this made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

Nack was a great host, receiving us and helping us through the check in process. He gave local recommendations, there were also minimarts around and all the basics were accounted for. It’s a quieter area, right by the sea which is nice. It’s also not too far from some beautiful beaches and good food! Thank you Nack for an amazing stay 🙏🏻 wishing you all the best.

The place is amazing for me and my friends (5pax in total)! Place is really clean and spacious. It’s near the beach and many restaurants/bars. 小龙 and team are fantastic hosts! Highly recommend.
