Host very friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who made the handover. Cameras are available for your own safety. Unfortunately, also in the pool area. But on request and desire, the cameras were turned away from the pool area, which protected privacy. The neighboring house has a camera that can record something in the sitting area by the pool. Otherwise very satisfied. Host was also able to recommend a good rental for a car. However, the location is somewhat "outside." You'd need a car or a scooter. Grab/taxi is, of course, also an option. My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

We stayed at David's villa for 2 weeks, it was a really peaceful place, nothing disturbed us during the whole time. The villa was super clean: bed linen was changed twice a week, and the pool was cleaned twice a week too. Electricity and water are included in the price (in Thailand they are often not included and you have to pay extra for them when you check out). I also want to say a special thanks to Goi, the housekeeper, she's so kindhearted, she was helping us with everything, answered any questions we asked, and was always on touch if we had any problem or question. Huge thanks to her <3

Clean and beautiful territory

Benoit is a great host. We did not face any problems throughout our stay. Allowed early check in for my grandparents. Benoit / someone else was present on site during check in and check out. Very beautiful house for a group to stay. Good swimming pool

I had a great experience staying at this villa. The house was beautiful—modern, clean, and felt very secure. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. Communication was clear throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Phuket!

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

One of the best homes I have stayed at, beautiful location overlooking the ocean. A great beach nearby where you can walk to and in a 20 minute drive to the Phuket Old Town. Sukee is a fabulous host, had snacks stocked up and had a curated list of recommendations. Overall a wonderful stay and will recommend to others.

The best holiday!! The beach house was beautiful.. right on the beach. One can walk the beach side and go to numerous beach clubs, eateries etc. The decor was tasteful, the rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Though the beach house is part of the restaurant, there was no sound. The service was great - very fast and Maxime was very proactive and helpful with all our requests. We have been to Phuket many times and I can say this one was the best stay. Our hangout place was the table outside- for breakfast, play games, watch sunsets and hang out till late in the night. Jay is a very friendly and responsible owner. He gives clear instructions, and the house is nice, too. It is located away from the noisy main street, but it's just a 5-minute walk to it. It is quiet, spacious, and clean. You have everything inside.Strongly recommended for couples and families.

Suparnee is a fantastic host- very attentive and helpful. The house is exactly as we see in the photographs- very clean, very well appointed, everything that one might need for their stay is there. The house has a porch in the front and and one at the back where you we spent a good amount of time when we were not outdoors, the house is surrounded by eateries and the beach is also not very far away. The Jacuzzi is an added feature which we enjoyed on a rainy day. Most importantly one feels very secure in knowledge that Suparnee is there to help out if there be a need. Suparnee welcomed us very warmly with brownies made by her daughter, she and her husband even took us to a local market where we met her family and friends. This market is meant primarily for the local community, on our own we could never have found it. It was a great way to get to know the real Thai people. My husband and I stayed in this house for 5 days and we loved it. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Private and secure. If you’re thinking about something beautiful in the middle of Little Phuket and Patong Beach, this is the place.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.
