We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

La Bohème apartment

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.

The Mountain Loft Klinovec - with infrasauna

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

Apartment West

Apartmán WEST o rozloze 25m2 se nachází v 1. patře cihlového domu v centru KV s výhledem do zahrady. Byt je klidný, vzdušný s vysokými stropy. Dům kde se apartmán nachází je nejstarší v dané části Karlových Varů. Naproti na patře je 2. apartmán s názvem KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), který máme také v nabídce. Vzdálenosti k orientačním bodům ve městě: 750 m Muzeum Jan Becher, 50 m Penny Market, 450 m autobusový terminál směr Praha 60 m zastávka MHD. Parkování ZDARMA za rohem.

Apartman Garden´s 43

Náš nový apartmán Garden´s 43 jsme připravili pro všechny, kteří si chtějí užít kouzlo Karlových Varů a bydlet přitom úplně v centru, na začátku kolonády, s výhledem na hotel Thermal, v blízkosti restaurací, obchodů a Alžbětiných lázní, takže to budete mít všude kousek. Apartmán je velký cca 110 metrů, má dvě hlavní ložnice s manželskými postelemi, pracovnu, kterou lze využít k přespání dalších hostů, dvě koupelny a prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem.|

Apartment KV Central “1”

Prostorný a plně vybaveny byt 2+1 v centru Karlových Varů. Byt se nachází ve 2 patře historické budovy takže zde není výtah. V blízkosti se nachází muzeum Becher, Léčivé prameny, Lázeňské domy, velké množství resturací a obchodů. Možnosti cenově dostupného parkování jsou Cca 5-7 minut chůze od apartmánu. Autobusové a vlakové nádraží 5 minut od apartmánu.
