Apartment vacation rentals in Karlovy Vary Region

It was not our first stay in Marienbad. The spa town is definitely the most beautiful and versatile compared to Karlovy Vary and Franzensbad; it will always drag us here again and again. This time, we especially enjoyed the Singing Fountain in the evening. Villa Merlin is so conveniently located that we were able to do a lot of easy walking. A big thank you to Michael Klein, who was our point of contact for the apartment on site and kindly provided us with a coffee machine.

Absolutely loved my stay in Karlovy Vary! The apartment was beautifully renovated, cozy, and well-equipped—everything you could need for a perfect stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. It made my trip even more memorable!

We stayed for 2 nights. We found a parking spot easily. Very clean room. Not that much space but for a short time enough. The sleeping couch was good.

Accommodation went well, we can recommend other users if they would like to spend the winter and summer seasons in the city center and have all the services close. We wish you a lot of satisfied clients.

Accommodation perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A well-equipped apartment with everything you need. If you use it in the winter months, it's a really short walk to the cable car and ski slopes nearby.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place in Karlovy Vary! Loved the walkable location and being a little outside of the touristy area. Maria was extremely kind & helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe.

Convenient location, spacious apartment in an old building with everything you need, with high ceilings!))) supermarkets and near the center are within a walking distance. Convenient and inexpensive parking in 5 minutes from the house. Victoria was always very quick to respond. Check-in was instant, no problem. I recommend it.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. Also the kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses were very good - only the bed creaks quite loudly. The communication with Zarina was very pleasant. She was always quick to respond to messages and even organized a baby cot and high chair for our child. All in all highly recommended!

We were amazed by the city Karlovy Vary as well as this apartment. It has amazing location, 10 minutes walking from the city, it’s very affortable, clean and nicely furnished. Would definetely recommend and we hope to be back!

Super lodge, good location near colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

We had a good getaway with our two small children. Even though some smaller things are still expandable, you have to say that the value for money is unbeatable. The apartment is expediently furnished, some consumables were also available, so you didn't have to buy anything else (dishwashing tablets, dish soap, etc.). This is not self-evident for vacation rentals. Curtains in the bathroom would have been desirable. There is no direct window opposite, but you still feel a little uncomfortable. We found the parking situation challenging. The few parking spaces in the street were either occupied or reserved for hotels. We were then lucky above the property (reachable relatively quickly via a hidden staircase). Since the parking situation is simply due to the concept of Karlovy Vary, I do not want to deduct a star for it.
