There are a few houses and a garden nearby; it's not a secluded spot in the woods! It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already go out into nature. Kovářská Stables

The building is located in the village of Kovářská and has been newly sensitively renovated. The reconstruction preserved as many original elements as possible and combined them with modern design. The cottage is located in the middle of a meadow, the sunny terrace has a beautiful view of the surroundings. On the ground floor there is a sauna for 6 people with a lounge, a cooling barrel and an exit to the outside. There is also a living room with a kitchenette, which is open to the meadow with a large window and access to the terrace. In the attic there is a social area with a bar, fridge, foosball and table tennis.

The Grünhäuschen is located on the grounds of the former municipal office, protected from traffic noise, under pine trees.

Apartmany Peringer - cosy mountain villa

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Podkrovní malý apartmán v rodinném činžovním domě se nachází v rezidentní části Karlových Varů s názvem Drahovice. Je to městská čtvrť s docházkovou vzdáleností od centra 10-15 minut, lázeňské území ( hotel Thermal, Kolonády 15-20minut pěšky). V blízkosti domu je možné zaparkovat na bezplatném parkovišti. V apartmánu je pokoj s manželskou postelí, posezení v křesílkách, koupelna s vanou, záchodem, pračkou. Není zde kuchyně, ale je lednička, rychlovarná konvice, základní nádobí.
