Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and were pleased that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are beautifully sunny and the location is perfect for us. We just wanted to point out a few small things. The bedrooms could not be darkened. Additional curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine drain. We were able to get a makeshift grip on it with a rubber glove. The lower slide of the dishwasher is defective, making it difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the lower bedroom Apart from these small things, overall a recommendable and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG Zechengrund. Thank you very much for that. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice time. I really highly recommend the place. In the evening a nice bonfire outside in the winter garden and the proximity to the ski resorts are positive. The price is very good. Attention, however, with the electricity costs. At about 0°C, about €25-30 per day, as electricity is heated. A heat pump such as an Ecodesign ED 300 would pay off quickly at least for heating support. kind regards

Great place to stay if you go skiing nearby! About a 20 min drive from klinovec. Nice sauna. Please note your energy consumption, it pays afterwards.

We stayed for a week with Liubov. The appartement was very clean and bigger then expected. The kids enjoyed all the toys in the garden and the playroom very much. Would come there again for sure!!

Had a great stay at Mike's place! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described - be sure to try the sauna. Mike was very friendly, easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. The location was ideal for skiing or just relaxing. Everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Great spacious apartment and fully equipped such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It was wonderfully warm when we came in and stayed warm during our stay and as a backup there were electric heaters ready that we did not use. Alice stopped by to ask if everything was super hospitable. Definitely recommended. Ski area Klinovec only 3 minutes away by car really ideal

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

For an Easter weekend with the extended family, the place was completely adequate. We used three separate apartments, connected by a long hallway. In addition, there was a common room with bar as well as a children's, play and dining room – ideal for many people. The toilets are very small (like on an airplane), the showers were fine. Hallway, kitchen and small intermediate hallways are unheated and correspondingly cool, while it was too warm in the bedrooms despite the lowest heating level. The host team was very friendly and responsive to our questions. They also run a recommended restaurant nearby. Overall, we were very satisfied – the place was suitable for our needs, the value for money was unbeatable.

I don’t know what others were complaining about.. but they were all wrong. We were 7 people staying there and it was awesome! Had nothing to complain about! Only thing I have to say is sorry that my friends were loud haha they got a little drunk one night. But all in all! An awesome place if you are going skiing/snowboarding nearby!

It was great to stay and also appreciate her hospitality. Apartment is very clean, spacious and well organised. Location is also very nice very close to Castle. House has full facility for 7-8 persons. We are very grateful to Veronika for her support for everything.

The perfect place for families. Two separate rooms. Travel cot included. Lots of toys available. Very clean and spacious apartment. Absolutely everything you need. Dishwasher, oven, dishes, towels, vacuum cleaner. Nothing to complain about. A short walk to the colonnade and a few hundred meters to Lidl. Thanks for checking in.

This apartment was a great find. Possibly due to translation issues, we did not undertand quite how much we were getting. In particular there are (in effect) three separate bedrooms, all with twin beds. One room doubles as the huge living room, with TV, even with Netflix!, but there were other sitting-places, including in the kitchen, so each can have his own private space, and only about 11 mins drive to the ski resort of Klinovec. The apartment is in an unusal building, with other apartments, but also a very large ground floor common room with lots of tables and chairs and places to leave your wet ski equipment. Was it a hostel in the past? The apartment was quite basic, with nets but no curtains to stop the morning light, and no bedside lights, so you had to walk through the room in the dark to get to your bed, and no hook for the shower-head. But a bargain certainly. I would hope that the minor issues are easliy fixed but I would stay here again anyway, as it was ideal for us.

Ludvik’s place is very very worth for the price. Ludvik was helpful in communication and we had a smooth check-in, great dinner from a restaurant that Ludvik recommended (1 minute walk from the accommodation) and also loved the town Horni Slavkov. Thank you Ludvik :)

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. Also the kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses were very good - only the bed creaks quite loudly. The communication with Zarina was very pleasant. She was always quick to respond to messages and even organized a baby cot and high chair for our child. All in all highly recommended!

First of all, we noticed that the listing has already communicated that dogs are really welcome. We always travel with our dog and usually it is "okay" when dogs are there. But here everything was right for the dog. There were bowls, a blanket, and even towels for the dog. We've never had this experience before and loved it. The place itself is beautiful and also exactly as described and pictures. What also surprised us very positively was that nothing is missing in the kitchen. There was even a large selection of spices, which we were not allowed to experience yet:)

The home is exactly as described by the previous ones. A paradise for children and thus a relaxing holiday for the adults. Everything you could ask for is available. A huge garden and a lot of play equipment for children from the playhouse to swings and sandbox. There is a fire pit for campfire, terrace with barbecue area, whirlpool. The kitchen is well equipped, 2 refrigerators, freezer, filter coffee machine, pad machine. Large living area, large bathroom, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms. We, the children and our dog felt very comfortable and we will come back again.

Great place to stay for a ski holiday. Easy to get to, a parking space right by the house. The ski cellar is right at the entrance. Downstairs there is a nice relaxation room with sauna. It was a very relaxed and straightforward stay. Thank you!
