Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Karfas

As an Airbnb host, I’d say this was one of my best stays ever. I loved my time with Xenia and Pantelis. They picked me up at the ferry when I arrived, they’re so friendly and warm. I was invited for tea with Xenia the next morning, then they took me for a drive to see the island - they brought me everywhere, a full day with my own personal guides, we had a lovely time! They’re a charming couple, like being with friends. I enjoyed sharing stories about our families and our lives and getting to know each other. They even treated me to a great seafood dinner on the water! The next day Xenia gave me a ride into town, there’s also a bus. I loved their location but you’d rent a car to tour the island on your own. They brought me to the airport the next day for my early flight! The room is lovely, spacious, comfortable - with homemade cookies and sweets. I hope we stay in touch and that I see them again. My time in Chios was so memorable and perfect thanks to these awesome hosts!

This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

Nihal hanım ve ailesi oldukça kibar ve ilgililerdi. Güzel keyifli bir tatildi. Ev konum olarak güzel yerde alaçatı çeşme ulaşımı kolay ve rahattı. Ev çok temizdi temizlik kokuyordu. Bir daha gelirsem tercihim tekrar burası olur tavsiye ederim

Το διαμέρισμα ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Πολύ φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο και μοντέρνα επιπλωμένο, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Όλα ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες — ή μάλλον, ακόμα καλύτερα από κοντά. Η καθαριότητα άψογη, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε πολύ, και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολούσαν φρεσκάδα. Η τοποθεσία πραγματικά βολική: σε ήσυχη περιοχή αλλά σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο, ενώ βρήκαμε εύκολα πάρκινγκ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του και φρόντισε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν μια άνετη, ξεκούραστη διαμονή με όλες τις ανέσεις. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον!

Ev sahibi çok misafirperverdi. Sorduğumuz her soruya cevap verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Yatak çok konforluydu. Odada, banyoda, mutfakta, kullanılan ürünlerde hiçbir masraftan kaçınılmamıştı. Gece uyumak için çok sessiz ve sakin bir ortam vardı.

Kyriaki has a big heart and she welcomed us with kind words and shared many recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and sites. Her traditional stone home is on a beautiful street close to the square. It waa a magical place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Paulette's House. The views were stunning over the Oinousses harbour and neighboring Chios. The local chemist, baker and shop, are all very convenient. There is quite a climb to get to the house, but at least we are a bit fitter than when we arrived :-) The nearby church is lovely, and the clock chimes are charming. Paulette and Nick provided lots of help, organising taxi's, and advice on place's to eat. We highly recommend visiting beautiful OInousses, and staying in Paulette and Nick's house.

Konaklama gününe kadar Ferhat beyle iletişim halindeydik sorulara hızlı ve çözüm odaklı dönüşler sağladı. Konaklama yapacağımız gün Sebiha hanım ile tanıştık daha telefon konuşmasında bile samimi ve içten sesi içinizi rahatlatmaya yetiyor. Her şey o kadar mükemmeldi ki Çeşmede tekrar geleceğimiz bir evimiz oldu diyebilirim :) Her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldı mis gibi temizlik kokuyordu :) Sebiha hanımın kahvaltımıza yaptığı jest çok ince düşünülmüştü. Evdeki her detay tek kelime ile kusursuzdu. Sebiha hanımın bizi yolcu ederken arkamızdan su dökmesi ve güzel dileklerde temennilerde bulunması çok güzel ve çok ince bir davranıştı. Ferhat bey ve annesi Sebiha hanıma her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

Ayşe Hanım gerçekten muhteşem bir ev sahibiydi. Kusursuz bir şekilde bize destek oldu. Daha önce böyle bir misafirperverlik yaşamamıştık. Konakladığımız tesiste hem çok güzel hemde sıcacıktı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik ve inanılmaz keyif aldık. Ayşe Hanım bize daha biz ihtiyacımızı hissetmeden destek oldu. Giriş yaptığımızda çok güzel ikramlar ile bizi karşıladı. Kısa bir süre konaklamış olmamıza rağmen keyifli vakit geçirdiğimiz bir ev oldu. Merkezi bir konumda olması bize oldukça kolaylık sağladı. Evde hiçbir eksik olmaması ve ev sahibiminiz ilgisi nedeniyle sonraki ziyaretlerimizde de rahatlıkla tercih edeceğimiz bir ev olacaktır=)

I booked this for my elderly parents, the host and his family were extremely kind and generous with their help. Chios is a magical place, made more so by the wonderful people there. House was small and perfect for what my parents wanted.

Dear Gülay, Thank you for the wonderful arrangements that you made in your home to receive us and made sure that we weren't inconvinced in any manner.  Every corner of the house is so attractive and likeable expecially the coastal blue inspired colour palatte, which soothes your senses. Evi gerçekten çok beğendik. Her şey tertemizdi ve evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey vardı. Balkon harikaydı, yatak odalarındaki yataklar çok rahattı. Her şey konforlu ve şık bir tarzda döşenmişti.

Gorgeous apartment with a truly stunning view of the beach. Opening the windows makes the living room and bedroom feel like a balcony. Fantastic location. Check in was easy and everything was super clean. Host was very responsive too. Would definitely go back!
