we had a wonderful stay. The place feels friendly and homely and was ideal for us. It has the charm of a historic building (built in 1530) with all the comfort of a modern home. There were even fresh flowers waiting for us. we will definitely consider staying here again!

The place is as described and listed. The apartment is big and comfortable. Very close to Schlick2000 resort and 30 minutes to Stubaier Glacier. The stay was successful despite the flu that came to us, but the host took medication so we could get back on our feet and get home.

Quiet location with incomparable views of Serles and other Stubai peaks, in 5 minutes you are at the bus stop. Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus. Melanie is a great host. Responds very quickly to questions and is friendly. Wireless access via Nuki is easy to set up and easy to use. The apartment is modernly furnished without unnecessary frills. But with Nespresso and FrenchPress and dishwasher... The terrace with table, rocking chair and loungers leaves nothing to be desired.
