Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Kansas

I have stayed at several of the owners locations and am always pleased. From the ease of check-in to the quick responses we always have a good visit. This visit I made a mistake when scheduling by reserving an upstairs unit when we needed ground floor and they quickly moved me to one that met our needs. Thank you Penny for such a quick response and for being so helpful.

Cozy & quiet place to stay for work! Enjoyed my time there - they thought of everything …

I loved staying here it was honestly really nice except for 2 things, there were a few small pieces of popcorn on the couch which I assumed meant it wasn’t fully clean but I didn’t mind that much since there weren’t many. The other thing was the water in the sink got really hot but the shower and bath water only got pretty warm not really hot enough to be a comfortable shower. But overall an amazing very worth it place to stay.

Not only was this place ideally located for anyone visiting K-State, but very clean & spacious. Ours was a fabulous stay

I stay at one of these units every year for a conference. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, and location can't be beat. Despite being so close to Aggieville, it is very quiet (on weeknight at least). The way they handle checkin is super easy and allowed a late night check in with ease. There was some early morning loud construction traffic this year on the street... so I might opt for a lower level next year where the rooms are at the rear instead of street-side. Other than that another great stay!

Very quiet neighborhood and with a beautiful property. The cart to carry luggage is a great addition. Shower pressure was perfect! Little things like the bottles of water and creamer were another lovely touch. Great stay for the quick weekend we had.

Wonderful place in the middle of Hays. I felt very comfortable here and Kent was a great host!

I really enjoyed staying at Cindy’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. I was a little uncertain about not having TV, but I was so busy visiting my son for his K-State Mom’s weekend that I didn’t even miss it. I would gladly stay here again! Thank you, Cindy for allowing me to have a comfortable, peaceful stay. The location was perfect for me. 🩷☺️

The perfect place to stay with all the Lindsborg vibes from the artwork to the coffee mugs. It was quiet and easily could walk to all the cute shops downtown. Lesa was very friendly! Definitely would stay again.

Kevin, the site manager, was super helpful. We got locked out of our room and he had to come up late at night and help us get back in. We felt horrible about the situation. Everything else was terrific.

We always choose to stay at Rose Place because it feels so welcoming and offers easy access to all the wonderful restaurants and delightful spots.
