This is a great getaway, centrally located between 3 cities...Wichita, Hutchinson, and Newton. We are only 15 minutes from each! This is a better experience than a hotel. It is private and you can connect with nature. Those who stay are welcome to throw a fishing line into our sandpits! PLEASE NOTE- This is a remote & awesome fishing cabin. Guests must bring towels, toiletries, and bedding! This is the only home on the 35 acre property, but we have family and friends that fish it occasionally.

I've stayed in a number of Airbnb places at this point and David's was just terrific. The place is a great size and has a lot of fun and upgraded amenities that I was not expecting. The bed is FANTASTIC...so nice that I had to look up what it was. There is a fun mini projector that puts the moon and the stars on the ceiling at night if you want it...I just found it fun. There is a really nice air purifier that keeps the place feeling really fresh and nice. There are even Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling above the kitchen bar that were easy to connect to and fun to utilize. This Airbnb is in a very nice and attractive neighborhood, on a very nice street, and is walkable to several restaurants and bars. David himself was just super kind and helpful and made me feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. I stayed here for 4 nights and was very glad that I chose this place! Highly recommended.

This is not the first time we have rented Jennifer's place, and what more can I offer than a 5-star review? I can tell you that after staying in multiple homes and hotels over our son's 4years at KU, there is no better place than this one, not a one! If you are lucky enough to book her place, be prepared for a far better experience, and you will compare every rental home option from this point forward against hers., and she wins every time. I'm almost sad to think this might be the last time we will actually need to rent in Kansas, as we have so thoroughly enjoyed her place. Don't think, just rent it, and thank her and me later. Thanks again for such a caring and comfortable space.

We had an unexpected family emergency and lots of family were coming into town my husband and I decided to stay at an Airbnb to have some extra space and we could not have picked a better place. It was so cute and cozy it had everything we needed just for the two of us the bed was extremely comfortable the heater and air conditioning were amazing as it can either be hot or cold in town. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and overall we felt right at home. I will definitely be back for another stay in the future and will recommend this place to other family and friends who are visiting. Thank you to the Hosts we had an amazing stay.
