Loft vacation rentals in Kansas

Adam was able to accommodate our booking request within minutes on the day of booking. Our previous reservation had fallen through and I was extremely grateful of the speed of the reservation request. The location was perfect for us, and the place was absolutely GORGEOUS! It went beyond our expectations. I will definitely book again the next time I travel to Hays! This place will not disappoint!

I had read the other reviews and knew that the space was above a bar and grill. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night. The noise from the bar was audible, but not loud, and did not interfere with our sleep. I think closing time was midnight. The smell of cooking food also did not bother us. But if you were on a diet, it might make you hungry! I cannot say enough about how roomy and spacious it was. There were three of us in town for a funeral and it was wonderful for us to have private space, and also to be able to gather in the living room with a few cousins and have time together. The space was beautiful and inviting. I enjoyed the luxurious towels and the suspended bed. If you’re prone to seasickness, you might want to take the other room, but I enjoyed it.

This place was incredible! Wichita kinda sucks, but this gem was perfect. Right across the street from a good brewery, where you can get peanut butter and strawberry siracha jelly chicken wings. It’s right above some great BBQ. The smell of the BBQ mixed with the hard floors in the loft is enough to turn a vegetarian straight. If for some reason God sees fit to bring me back to Wichita, I’m staying here again.

We came to Newton for a “Celebration of Life” memorial for a beloved family member. This large, open place with spacious bedrooms was perfect for our large family. The nice, clean kitchen had everything we needed. There’s plenty of comfy furniture in each room, along with extra blankets and pillows, which was perfect for using the sleeper sofa space. We appreciated the huge, fenced-in backyard for our kids to run around in. Also, we couldn’t have asked for better communication with Kelsey! A few things to note: 1. There’s nice curtains/blinds on the windows, but they aren’t darkening, so bring sleep masks if that’s an issue. 2. Bring earplugs if the frequent trains would wake you. 3. Both bathrooms have tubs, but only the master bathroom has a shower. 4. If you have multiple electronic devices or are dependent upon a good internet connection for work, know the Wi-Fi connection isn’t strong (1-7mbps download speed). Overall, the place was excellent - we’d definitely stay there again!

Terry's place is very clean and the location is awesome close to most things in town and he responds very quickly, i would recommend this place and it worth every penny you spent on it!!!

We just spent 4 nights in Mary Ann’s Airbnb and loved it! This apartment is located in a remodeled historic building on Main Street in Lincoln, Kansas. Mary Ann’s unit is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and furnished with amenities that made our stay very comfortable. This area in Kansas is known as post rock country because of all the limestone buildings and fence posts that were used in fence building in its beginning. Along the main street are local shops to explore and on the very west end is a large museum with photographs, artifacts, and explanations of the history of the county. If you are a history buff, this is well worth the visit. Within walking distance of the apartment is the best pizza we’ve eaten, Biggie Biggs. We also ate at the local Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants which were equally delicious. Lincoln is a very small town full of very friendly people. It was well worth the visit.
