House vacation rentals in Kansas City

Stayed at the Orange Door for a wedding at Hawthorne House. It was a 3 minute drive. Home had iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full length mirrors, and everything necessary to prepare for the wedding. Walking distance from a lot of cute shops downtown. Street Parking was very easy to find and available.

The place was very clean and felt like home. When something broke I got a quick response and it was fixed right away!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Kansas City and had a fantastic experience. For the price, it was an incredible value. Everything I needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to extra linens, and the space was both cozy and functional. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Kansas City. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

Our family came into town for a wedding, and we enjoyed staying at this home. It accommodated us well, was clean, and had a great location. If you have any trouble getting around, I will note that the upstairs bedroom and basement have some very steep stairs, and that it is an old home so is also pretty creaky. There is a lot of room to spread out, and our host was communicative and friendly! Overall, I would recommend this home.

We had a great stay! The home was modern, clean, and very comfortable—with cozy beds and all the amenities we needed for the week. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, making it a perfect home base. Highly recommend!

Location is the best part of this home. I loved being so close to my favorite parts of KC. The house is beautifully decorated and well designed, making a small square foot home feel very functional and spacious. I also enjoyed the private driveway and nice backyard! Worked well for my family with (had a toddler and a baby with me)! Had a pack and play and the large mirror was anchored to the wall!!! Could consider adding high chair and more child utensils/plates/cups but those are minor requests!

We loved our stay at Auguste’s place! He was a GREAT host and always quick to respond. Loved his reccs and we actually got to meet and chat for a bit. Loved this neighborhood and would stay again- it’s a nice short walk to Antler Room which is our fave.

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

The home was cozy, clean, and the beds were super comfortable! We added another night to our stay bc we were having a great time in downtown Lee’s Summit and enjoying our stay in the house. We would stay again!

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

This home was perfect to get our family together under one roof. It had plenty of space for all of us, and the grandkids absolutely loved the pool ! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a park and other amenities nearby.

Wonderful house and perfect for a family gathering with SO much for kids to do. Property has a beautiful pool and hot tub complete with beautiful landscaping. Would highly recommend this host and house,

Home was amazing in a great neighborhood. The hosts accommodated when requests for extra pots was a huge plus for our family that eats from home majority of the time. Very quick with responding and had everything you needed

What a gorgeous place! Nestled into a beautifully wooded lot in an established neighborhood, this modern house had everything we could possibly need. The number of bedrooms and full bathrooms was perfect for our larger group. Getting ready was a breeze without having to wait in line for a shower or worry about hot water running out. Super comfy couches and plenty of seating in the living room was great for a movie night and the beautiful kitchen made me want to move in!! Would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

House was as described-plenty of space to live, eat and sleep. Our grandkids really enjoyed the indoor playhouse and the outside hot tub. And the swings on the island! The decor is very attractive and beds and bathrooms comfortable. We had a maintenance problem and the owners were super responsive. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is about 25-30 minutes away from most attractions but the drive was easy and the roomy quiet setting was worth the drive each day. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food close to the house. I would definitely recommend this home.

The house (old, classic, beautifully restored) was beautifully decorated & easy to find. Private house, friendly neighborhood. Hot showers & soap, shampoo, etc were provided if needed. It was centrally located & minutes to downtown, major attractions, we loved that! As mentioned, there are stairs to the bedrooms & as with most old houses they are somewhat steep so plan accordingly. Bathrooms are shared.

Marks place was just close enough to town but in a relaxing tucked away private area. The place was very neat and clean. The hot tub was perfect at night. The scenery was wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, Mark is your guy.

We loved our stay! Our hosts are very nice and responsive. The house is cozy and clean in a safe quiet neighborhood. Supper close to a lot of shopping places and restaurants. They also have lots of baby things which made traveling with a little one super easy. Would definitely stay again!
