Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kansai

Maison typique Japonaise avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. En prime, ce bain privé dans le petit jardin on l’on peut rester longtemps sans que l’eau ne refroidisse ! J’ai adoré 🥰. 7 min pied d’une ligne qui remonte vers le centre Kyoto et c est une gare JR pour ceux qui ont pris les pass. En conclusion, parfait ! 👍

Very comfortable for 3 of us. It is within 15-25 mins walk to most attractions partly on narrow roads. Taxis can conveniently stop right outside the apt. The apt has easy-to-use amenities eg washer cum dryer, relaxing round bath tub, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, well-lit rooms on 2nd floor with comfortable floor mattresses. Little space downstairs if you have many big suitcases as stairways can be narrow to move them to second floor.

Even better than the photos! Superb value, lots of space for our family, and absolutely stunning location. Nothing better than waking up to pristine views over the water. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Recommended for all looking to travel around Osaka, there’s a grocery/market store open almost 24/7 which is very convenient. Walkable distance to train stations and it’s peaceful at night, cozy rooms as well. Thank you for hosting our big family.

Finding the place was ok I passed the road at first, there is a huge parking driveway but narrow roads to get to the home. I rented a 7 passenger van and was able to drive to the house with a spotter. Once we got there it was super easy to get in. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. There were bikes we were able to use and a baby stroller. There is a laundry machine with soap provided. The bathrooms had amenities. There were plenty of dishes. There is a button on the wall to turn on the hot water. There is a bathroom on the bottom floor and 2nd. Overall this was a super great experience especially for the price!

This spot feels like home away from home. Easy access to public transportation, lots of shopping & restaurant options, plenty to see & do right in the area. The home is tucked away on a side street in a residential area that’s quiet & safe. Only thing to note is the three bedrooms upstairs are connected with one way in / out but each room has a door that closes for some privacy. And both toilets are downstairs.

Beautiful house on the outskirts of Kyoto. We absolutely loved our stay and wished we were in Kyoto for longer. Hatsumi was a wonderful host, ready and willing to help us with any and all our needs. The introduction to the house was thorough and helpful. Hatsumi was very kind. Will stay again if we ever make it out to Kyoto again! Can’t recommend this place enough. So cute and cozy!

Our stay at Yanbin’s place was great! We really felt at home, at a Japanese home! Place is great, location was awesome! Away from the tourists but still super close to any action Kyoto offers! Yanbin was super friendly, always willing to help and put up with all my questions! Honestly a great place, plenty of room, comfortable and great location! Our kids were very careful around the house, but with so much space it was really great! Everyone had its own corner in the house to enjoy their reading, playing a game, reading a book or sipping a coffee/tea/sake! Highly recommended without a doubt! Thank you Yanbin, see you next time!

The open air onsen is extremely nice. And there is a cheap parking lot right next to the house. The bedrooms are spacious, neat and clean. Nevertheless the living room is small and better to accommodate 4 persons. In a nutshell, it is a good place to stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

What we loved the most was proximity to Shinsekai and walking distance to Dotonbori. Beds were comfy and contrary to other posts we did not experience much noise. It was nice to have a lounge area and a washer/dryer combo. My mum left her kindle behind and Vivian kindly had it posted to our next hotel. We would gladly stay again. The only thing to call out would be the steep staircase, which may be challenging for someone less mobile.

Very nice place with clean and hot tub including place! Drinks, gifts, and quick communications are great to feel welcome at place.

The home is situated near the river and is next to a lot of restaurants. The home itself is very modern, Japanese style, minimal, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. We really enjoyed being close to the water and having so many dining options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Ran san is a very friendly host. She welcomed us with smiles and was always there when we need her help.

Great deal for those with large groups visiting Osaka! The Castle is very spacious and clean in both the individual rooms and the shared spaces, we had 11 people and there was still plenty of space. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but still within a 10/15 min walk to two metro stations that can take you anywhere you’re going in the city. There are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a 7/11 right around the corner! Overall great experience at this location.

房子不错，周边很安静。房东人很好，第一天到车站接我们到房子，非常热心地介绍周边的情况，下次有机会还来。

サウナ、コテージともに綺麗で過ごし心地が良かったです！寝具はフカフカでぐっすり寝ることができました！ また利用したいです！

とにかく設備も揃ってるし、 全てが清潔感抜群。 プライベート空間としても塀が高いので良し。 また活用させてもらいます

会社のオフサイトMTGで使わせて頂きました。 非常にプライベートな空間で、 チーム6人で部屋の中でしっかり話し合いのMTGができ、 また外ではBBQで和気あいあいとすごす事ができました。 待ち合わせの場所まで迎えに来て頂き、 親切に宿泊施設まで先導・案内を頂き、使用の仕方を丁寧に教えて頂きました。 本当に非常によい時間を過ごせたと思います。ありがとうございました！！！

仲間8人で使用させていただきましたが非常に設備も整っており 快適に過ごすことができました。 また当日の天候がすぐれずに気温が低かったですが、室内、室外の薪ストーブが新鮮で温かみがあり最高でした。 次回は暖かい時期に予約したいです。

自然に囲まれた素敵な宿です。目の前には水の神様が祀られておりおいしいお水が常に流れています。自然に囲まれていますので、その分虫は多いです。夜の星も最高です。自然が好きなわたしたちには最高の宿でした。 またバーベキューでは、鳥取の方の港でお魚を買い、ホストの方に保冷バックをお借りしてお魚を焼いて食べとても楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。ただ、バーベキュー利用には別途料金かかりますのでご注意ください。 とても楽しい時間でした！ありがとうございました。
