The owner and his wife were also very kind, and the children at home seemed to be nice. The old house was renovated and the atmosphere was very good. The environment was also quiet and easy to spend time. They also told me about the nearby hot springs, but the bath provided was very beautiful, spacious, and I thought it was enough. Also, it was a facility that I wanted to stay if I had the opportunity.

What an incredible house, every element, every detail: from the floor to the ceiling, to the roof of the house tells us a story, the garden is simply magnificent. We appreciated the quality of the futons as well as the attention offered by the owner. The location was perfect we ate in a wonderful little restaurant a few minutes walk from Soba. There are a whole bunch of amenities nearby, the neighborhood is so peaceful, everything is easy to access. There are so many things to do and see nearby. We will stay there again with great pleasure and for much longer. A pleasure and thank you again, we enjoyed feeding the Koi in the morning.

It was a better space than I could have imagined. I was attracted to the open-air bath and booked, but other than that, it was well equipped with various facilities such as a massage chair, a hair iron, and a coffee maker, and it was very popular with my family! * There is no toothbrush, so please don't forget to bring it if you are going⚠️ It was a car ride, but there was a delicious rice restaurant and convenience store nearby, so there was no inconvenience. It was a time when the rattan flowers hadn't bloomed yet, but I'd love to see you in full bloom next time!

We had a easy and affordable stay in Kanazawa. Some reviews mention a bad odor in the house, but we did not notice anything like that. The host is reactive, check-in is easy and flexible, and the house is very close (walking distance) to the kenroku-en park and the geisha neighborhood. The apartment is very simple but also really functional.

Yuta’s place was a dream!! First authentic Japanese house for our family with tatami mats, floor seating etc. Kitchen had all basic amenities. Very close walking distance is a beautiful garden and castle. Right next door is a very fancy Japanese restaurant with plenty vegetarian / vegan options. There’s small and big amenities all provided for. Washing machine and dryer was a blessing. Some things that would have been nicer - A bathroom on the top floor so we don’t need to keep coming down. We once had minor issue with heating, Yuta made the effort at 11pm so we could sleep comfortably.

It's an amazing place for longer stays. Our group of 6 (male, 20s) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Compared to other places, what made it stand out to us were the living room, large bathroom and multiple toilets, and combination washer-dryer. Communication during our stay was also excellent and a problem with the microwave was resolved quickly. While the location is great for visiting nearby attractions like Kenrokuen and as a base for driving out of the city, there are better options if you plan to take the train out multiple times. Parking is out front and fit our Toyota Alphard. Our group didn't have any significant complaints.
