Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kamloops Lake

Had a fantastic stay, very cozy, clean place. Joshua has been great from start to finish. Really enjoyed their beautiful yard, located in a very peaceful neighborhood. A little bit of a drive with the recent closures to the south of Fintry, other than that, I would recommend staying here.

Joey’s place was spotless and beds were very comfortable, we all slept great. We visited in January the views from inside were stunning and the house was never cold. There is so much beauty in this area, and in winter there was lots of sledding, snow shoeing, ice fishing to do. Most of the pictures had different furniture than what was actually there but everything was still new and in great condition so it didn’t detract from our stay. We would book it again!

We stayed here as a stop off on a road trip for 2 nights. It was a lovely space to relax and have time together as a family. We went to the wildlife park, had a walk along the river and enjoyed the scenery from the balcony.

A beautiful & quiet spot. The place is quaint and pristine and the beds are very comfortable. The added bonus was walking to the orchard with a coffee in the morning as the sun rose. I would definitely return. Thank you for hosting us Patrick.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it feel just like home. We loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning and had the added bonus of spotting deer in the backyard. The entire space was cozy and welcoming, and was exactly what we needed. Thom and Monika’s place was a great way to spend a couple of days with friends. From the well-stocked kitchen, sauna, hot tub, great trails within a 5 minute walk and they went above and beyond to make our dog feel welcome. Would highly recommend this oasis.

This was the perfect place for a ski weekend! It is ski in/ski out with easy access to the lifts and everything in the village. The condo had everything we needed for a few days. Would definitely stay again!

Pretty amazing for the cost. Spacious, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, all in a beautiful location. Our son and his friend loved the pool and kept going in. Courtnie was responsive, helpful, and friendly. We are thinking of coming back.

Cool vibes. Awesome cruiser bikes you can use. Great walking right from the place - 15 minute walk along the lake to Pane Vino - Italian restaurant - yummy. Access to the Rail Trail around the corner from the unit. Great Stay.

thanks Holly for a wonderful stay at your SunPeaks home. we all felt right at home from the moment we walked in. it was all you said and more. great change area in the heated garage for getting ready for day of skiing. Place had plenty of space and kitchen was stocked and very workable. can beat the location , right on the hill, and we were blessed with a good amount of new snow. We were all sad to leave and would love to come back again. also hot tub was checked everyday which was nice. thanks again for a great stay cheers scott

This is a nice clean condo with great ski in/out access to Sun Peaks trails. Natalie was immediately responsive when we had a question.

Thanks Cheryl, we had a fantastic stay. The kitchen was stocked with cooking oil, spices, coffee pods, plastic wrap and more. The hot tub, although not private, has a nice outlook and the street it faces is extremely quiet. The hosts picture's don't do the unit justice! it is nice and comfortable and spread over 3 levels. The rooms are a bit tight but typical ski condo size. I took 1 star off for location because of the described ski in ski out: it is a bit more of a skate on flats for a minute or two to the boring Orient chair--no prob for adults but the kids required a carry/tow. The Orient chair doesn't access anything good and is basically a 20 min detour to get to the main chairs. The other alternative was walk to the village and main awesome chairlifts which is 600m away (10-12 min with kids). You can skate/ski through the village's gentle downhill slope for 200m after walking for 400m. Skiing back to the condo was easier than going out. My kids are 4+7 and loved the bunk beds!

Kaitlyn and Chad’s condo was a perfect spot for my stay in Sun Peaks. The condo is very homely, with everything I needed. Bed was super comfortable, location was really convenient, just a short walk/skate to Orient chair and then I could ski right back to the front door. An easy 10 minute walk into the village, convenient and quiet away from the noise of the village. 100% recommend.

Highly recommend! The loft was absolutely spotless and the bed was ridiculously comfortable.
