Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. Welcome to our suite, designed for our guests to feel comfortable in their home away from home. It has a fully stocked kitchen and perfect for families/groups up to 4, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed. Full sized washer and dryer, check! Pack-n-play, check! Books and games, yes of course! You’ll have your own locked entrance but we are nearby so if you are missing any basics, we are happy to help! Only minutes off the highway in a quiet, new neighborhood!

Hospitable Batchelor Heights

Saddle in at the family friendly community of Bachelor Heights. We offer an open concept 1 bedroom basement suite in a modern build with 9' ceilings, SS appliances, in suite laundry, large bedroom with king sized bed, pull out couch that sleeps 1 or 2 and an office space. This location showcases the beautiful Kamloops hills with many walking trails right behind our home. 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Perfect for those traveling or wanting to explore Kamloops.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

1000 sq. Ft.suite with Modern Farmhouse Decor. Vaulted ceilings and big, bright windows with great views of the hills. Fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room spaces. Quartz Island countertop. Electric fireplace. Spacious bathroom with double vanity. Nicely appointed bedrooms with great views. Deck off the dining room and hot tub and trampoline located in the back yard. Separate entrance and private space atop our garage. Double lot with us in the house attached.

Quick highway access delivers you to Sun Peaks resort with a 45 minute drive. Bi-weekly cleanings are required for long term stays.

This "Sweet-Suite" is fully self-contained with a Mini-kitchenette, Large Bedroom, and Bright Bathroom. In the "kitchette" is a mini-fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, and free coffee, tea, and bottled water. There's only the sink in the bathroom so leave the dishes for us to do for you! Access to the pool when seasonal weather cooperates! Come in late, enjoy a comfy sleep. Then continue on your way or stay around the Kamloops area. (Note: there is a train nearby)

Ptarmigan Hills Lookout Cabin

A love of nature and the outdoors required. Surround yourself with nature in this unique cabin nestled on a bench in the forest on the face of Mt Chase. The cabin is off the grid with solar lighting, gravity fed water for washing and drinking and a brand new new outhouse for the potty room. A small kitchen with a 3 burner stove, sink, cooler and pantry makes cooking fun. Camping experience helpful. Several outdoor destinations within 1/2 hr drive from the cabin

Rudy's Rustic Cabin

Artfully crafted cabin beside a small pond in the forest. Wake up to soft forest light and singing birds. The enclosed porch features huge windows that can be fully opened for an outside feel. The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.

We live in a wonderful neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk to a convenience store, liquor store, skate/bike park, pickle ball/tennis court, and dog walking trail.
