Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kamigyo Ward

We arrived in Kyoto without planning activities and the host recommended that we go to an event that was held during our visit. Nice touch!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The apartment was impeccably clean and cozy, well stocked and we loved the amenities they provided. The hosts were also very clear in the directions and responsive, thank you!

Beautiful place, amidst a really beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood! Walkable from the station, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay during our trip in this budget.

The property is situated near Ono Station, it is a little farther from the City Centre and yet very accessible. The 7-11 and Lawson stores are nearby 4 min walk. Overall anyone looking for a place not exactly in the city centre yet accessible, this is the place to go. As dar the apartment is concerned, it’s quite big, has sofa cum bed and tatami beds (sleeping in tatami beds is very relaxing) Taketo has a very in depth books and guides for local recommendations and recommendations throughout Kyoto. Overall will definitely come again to stay and will definitely recommend.

Very comfortable, well located accommodation. Only a few minutes walk to train line and bus stops so catching public transport to different areas of Kyoto. Within walking distance to Nishiki market and great shops. Clear instructions for easy check-in and check out. Great to have access to a washing machine.

The room is right next to the subway entrance, very convenient location, there is a large supermarket opposite (this supermarket closes at 10 o'clock, there are usually discounted items at 5:30 in the afternoon) very convenient, if it is 1-2 people, this is a very good choice

This is a great place and it's in a good central location in Kyoto. I loved that it was across from the Imaya Coffee shop - a great place to start the day a few steps away! Bedroom was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Kyoto.

Thank you for your hospitality! I felt at home. I loved the garden space very peaceful and relaxing. It was a nice area to sit down and enjoy coffee. The beds were nice and comfy. Close to a market and restaurants.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay with an Amazing Host! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, made even more memorable by the incredibly friendly and thoughtful host, Ms. Judy Kim. She contacted us well in advance with clear check-in instructions and was flexible in accommodating our arrival time. She even met us in person to assist with parking and gave us a warm welcome with a house tour. We were touched by the little gestures—iced bottled water, delicious snacks, and her genuine conversation where she shared about herself and made us feel right at home. She even helped with our luggage and came to send us off when we checked out. It’s rare to meet such a hospitable and caring host. Highly recommended—we would love to stay again!

We absolutely loved this house! It was a beautiful traditional Japanese home and felt so warm and cozy. It was a bit of a walk about 15 minutes, but it was a straight road to all the activities! Lots of delicious cafes and restaurants along the way! Very kind and responsive host. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Kyoto.

Our host Ichiashi responded to messages instantly, which always made us feel safe, and was always open to questions. The house was like a dream, you feel like you are in a Japanese house. The bicycles waiting for you in front of the house are perfect for experiencing the spirit of Kyoto. The host has even prepared a map for you for places to visit in Kyoto. Peace flows in through the windows overlooking the backyard of the house. Everything from iron to plate, from coffee to shampoo, even bath salt for the bathtub has been thought of inside the house. Excellent accommodations in Kyoto! My family of 4 had a great stay. The location is amazing and apartment was spacious and welcoming. It was easy to walk to sites, parks, shopping areas, and public transit. Other details that made our stay: the bathtub was excellent, travel books in the sitting area gave ideas for where to go, futons were very comfortable, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly.

Beautiful place. Lots of space for family of 5. Walking distance to the train station. Has all the basic amenities needed.

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Convenient location and within a 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Room appeared to have more space than the photos displayed but very comfortable for a family of 5. Check in/check out process was easy and as advised. If you’re looking for a place that is convenient, clean and budget friendly, then you’re in luck. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Kyoto!

Comfortable stay, had all the accommodations we needed. Was spacious and the apartment was clean. The host was very responsive and friendly to our questions. The place is located walking distance away from the temple. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of things to do and minutes away from local bus stops. Being so close to major tourist sights made it easy to get up early in the morning and avoid the crowds.
