Ich habe diese Unterkunft mit meiner Mutter zusammen gebucht. Die Gastfreundschaft von Vaso war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich finde, das ist etwas sehr Wichtiges und sticht hier sehr hervor. Schöne Gespräche zum gemeinsamen Kaffee&Kuchen im Garten und ihren kleinen süßen Hund nicht zu vergessen. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, von Handtüchern bis hin zu einer frischen Obstschale und Getränken, wie zb. Kaffee und Wasser für uns, es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, sowie ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten hat uns verzaubert, überall schöne Blumen, ein Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen. Für uns ein Besuch, der in Erinnerung bleibt. The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – wirklich jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Als Highlight hat er uns abends sogar noch Pizza gebracht – so viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit erlebt man selten! Die Unterkunft war top, alles super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ich kann diesen Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – gerne jederzeit wieder!

Ein absolutes Highlight ist defenitiv die Terrasse, eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist super schön, hat genau für 3 Personen gereicht. Schön stillvolle Wohnung. Wir würden herzlich Empfangen von Ardit. Ardit war sehr zuvorkomment und hatte super Empfehlungen für uns. Alles im ganzen ein super toller Urlaub haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Stadt war zu Fuß ganz schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Very comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Neos Marmaras. The view of the sea is pretty. Marini was very very helpful. He gave us good recommendations for food and drinks and places to visit. The communication was really good and friendly. We felt very welcome in Neos Marmaras. I would recommend this airbnb! It was also very clean. Comfortable bed and the balcony was great.

Wir hatten einen Super Aufenthalt in Dinos Apartment. Es war alles da und dinos war ständig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit :)

It was such a great stay! Not only was the location 10 minutes away from the beach, and very clean, but also our host was so great! He provided us with oil and coffee and salt and all the basics that too many hosts neglect now. Additionally he gave us fresh peppers from his garden and even drove us into town, and gave us suggestions on produce and bread. To top it off, he and his wife made us pizza and got us a bottle of wine. This was one of, if not the best, experience dive had on Airbnb.

We stayed for a week at Giorgos’s beautiful place and absolutely loved it. We loved relaxing by the pool which was at our doorstep and very private and peaceful atmosphere. Walkable distance to grocery stores and restaurants in the very cute village. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby as well. Giorgos is the perfect host - always friendly, available, and very attentive to the property. Look forward to coming back again soon.

We really enjoyed our family vacation. The host was always very responsive and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped. Stunning little terrace with great sea view. To get to the beach you need to take the ill-shaped stairs down and then back up, so not ideal for toddlers and babies with strollers. The town centre is about 10 minutes away by foot. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The only problem for us was the sleeping. It was way too hot, and the air-condition couldn't reach the bedroom. The moment you turn it off it gets very hot (maybe this is because the building is older so the isolation is probably not very good or the fact that we were in the middle of a heat wave, I don't know). There is a ceilling fan in the bedroom which is nice, but again, not enough to maintain a pleasant room temperature during the hottest months. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay :)

We stayed at the apartment from September 22nd up to September 26th. The apartment was great and was equipped with all the required items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Communication with Ivan before and during our stay was easy, friendly and helpful. On our final day our flight out of Thessaloniki was late in the evening and because no other guest would be arriving the same day we were allowed to stay until 18.00 which enabled us to freshen up before leaving for home. As our stay was at the end of the summer season there weren't a lot of tourists around resulting in a low key and quiet setting, something we enjoyed very much. In Nea Poteidaia everything was easily reachable by foot, we especially enjoyed eating at To Kritamo and the great view from our balcony. All in all a great place to stay and a great host!

Die Wohnung ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderbaren Latoura Beach entfernt. Kommunikation war top, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat einen tollen Balkon und verfügt über viele nützliche Dinge, die man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt (wie zB Sonnenschirm, Strandhandtücher, Beachball-Set etc) Das Bett ist bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung!

Man lebt schön zentral in Thessaloniki und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung spricht natürlich für sich! Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, große Unterkunft.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time!
