We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable. The location was great, and we felt very much at home. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay! I won't be wrong if I say that this is one of the best locations in the city. on the one hand, it is very close to the center, but on the other hand, it is very quiet. The house is located downstairs, so you don't have to go up and down all the time. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. The view from the balcony and the peacock living nearby deserve special attention:) The host is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It is in a walkable distance to the city center, but in a very quiet area. There is a parking space. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is nothing negative about the property and I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Very nice place to stay. Also nice complex with pool around it. Everything looks like the pictures. Would book the space again. For coffee lovers: a Nespresso machine is available, but only 4 capsules. Tableware (plates/cutlery/cups, etc.) is sufficiently available to have a relaxed breakfast on the terrace and there is also a relatively large refrigerator in the room. The only downside: as soon as no water was turned on in the bathroom for a few hours, it started to smell pretty bad in the bathroom. As soon as water ran, the smell was gone again.

We were here for the second time – and it was just perfect for a little break again. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic – the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for this. Vassiliki is a wonderful host: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Kiki is great host , hospitable and welcoming. The place is spotless clean and has everything inside you will need for a great vacation..Beds are comfortable, linens are soft and cozy. The complex area is super quiet. The beach is 2 min away and we loved the fact that is rather wild , with no beach bars and attractions. There is a tavern with great menu and nice service. Shops and small kids fun park is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. We loved our stay, relaxed and were able to spend quality family time.

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

It was really nice staying at Michalis, we shared some traditional Romanian drinks and then he came back with something from his side. He's a really nice guy helping with directions, best restaurants/beaches, where's the best place to buy olive oil :)) and many more. It's mandatory to rent a boat for a day because the place is just gorgeous and Michalis has his own boats meaning it's really easy to do so. Overall - a great location, very private, cosy and a 10/10 host.

Beautiful, this was one of the best places we have stayed so far in Greece. Antonio is an awesome host, very friendly and always ready to share some stories. We had an wonderful time! The room is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. internet is also good, we had worked some days and had no connection issues. I 100% recommend this place, you feel right at home, the beach is within ~7-10 minutes walk and there is plenty to do around. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

This is a very cosy, beautiful and practically furnished apartement. The location is great for trips around the area. Konstantinos is a very friendly, helpful, reliable and flexible (on the day of arrival we came few hours earlier) host. We would always comeback. We highly recommend this apartement!!!!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!
