Great location! We drove in from Bulgaria and are not familiar with driving in busy European cities. Alexandra gave us many parking options when we asked from seeing previous reviews. There is a paid garage right next to the unit (although pricey) but the convince was well worth the price. Wish we had more time to explore!

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

A very Nice stay in a beutifull House with very kind host, that really make you feel welcome and at Home.

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

The most beautiful place we've ever stayed and perfect for families. Fantastic garden, incredible view - a private beach and everything you need from kitchen utensils to swimming gear for the kids. Washing machine with detergent, fridge with food for supermarket prices. Always a contact person, quick answers. I could go on and on about this place. A piece of earth that hardly exists anymore! A true gem with the scent of jasmine and wonderful plants in May. Better than the pictures. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you soon!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Very comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Neos Marmaras. The view of the sea is pretty. Marini was very very helpful. He gave us good recommendations for food and drinks and places to visit. The communication was really good and friendly. We felt very welcome in Neos Marmaras. I would recommend this airbnb! It was also very clean. Comfortable bed and the balcony was great.

Wonderful condo! Best view for sunset! Good area near beach and easy to drive to other areas from. We loved it and would stay again. Very attentive host. Had a cleaning midway on 6 day stay that was nice. ❤️

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

The stay in Efi's vacation home was great from start to finish! Even before the start of the trip, we received information from Efi about the surrounding area, shopping facilities and excursion destinations. There was also a detailed route description as well as an uncomplicated self-check-in. Arriving at the vacation home, we were thrilled: the large property, the really beautifully landscaped garden, the super cozy and stylishly furnished house. Everything is very well maintained and clean, so you feel right at home. Efi had even provided us with a small shopping that would have easily got us through the first day: water, fruits and vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce and a bottle of wine were waiting for us as a welcome gift. Thank you for that! Throughout our stay, we had regular contact with Efi, she always responded immediately and helped us in a super friendly way with all questions. Thank you so much, dear Efi, for this great vacation!

It was a comfortable stay. The apartment is as in the photos, it is very close to the center, you can reach it in max 5 minutes on foot. There are also several beaches within walking distance. The furniture in the apartment is new. The cleaning was very good. The living room is very small, but the magnificent terrace provides a sufficient seating area for the summer months with a magnificent view. There is even a laundry rack and a clothes peg. The check-in instructions were very descriptive and we checked in easily. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. You can swim in the sea from anywhere in the city. There is almost no parking problem in general. The sea is magnificent. We highly recommend Neos Marmaras and the apartment. Thanks for everything

This is a very cosy, beautiful and practically furnished apartement. The location is great for trips around the area. Konstantinos is a very friendly, helpful, reliable and flexible (on the day of arrival we came few hours earlier) host. We would always comeback. We highly recommend this apartement!!!!
