Vacation rentals with a patio in Kalyves

We felt very comfortable here! The location is perfect, by car you can easily get to many great beaches without having to drive extremely far. The room was as described, it was totally clean and was even cleaned once during our stay. The view was totally beautiful and having breakfast on the balcony was simply awesome! I have to give a small deduction, because the bed is quite small and the apartment is also very noisy... unfortunately you can hear all the sounds from outside and also from the neighbors... Thank God we were lucky that we had quiet neighbors, but if families with children live next door, it could be a little louder. Nevertheless, we were completely satisfied, the host is super friendly and gave us great recommendations! We would come back 🥹🥰

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! The apartment looks just like the photos and is really well maintained and immaculately clean. Plus they’ve also thought of everything, it’s really well equipped. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to all the old town restaurants and bars. Plus the rooftop is a real sun trap in the afternoon, we loved hanging out by the pool.

Great stay at Giorgos' house, friendly and available host. Accommodation matches the photos. Very nice view of the mountains and very peaceful place. Some elements would deserve more attention to make the place perfect, like some equipment that's too rustic and the slightly outdated decor. The exteriors of the house also deserve to be much more neat for the place to be idyllic.

Stavros was fantastic, as was the history of this wonderful place. Rethymno was a beautiful town and we explored everywhere on foot. We decided on walking in the morning and then having a late lunch (each lunch was fantastic) and walking back up the hill to have a light supper on the deck at sunset. Beautiful and thank you so much for the care you put into your house to make it a wonderful experience.

10/10 experience. Breathtaking views and sunset from the balcony, perfect location right on the harbor - surrounded by all of the best restaurants and places. The apartment is beautiful - clean, modern, great appliances. (The washing machine even uses AI). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and despite being in the middle of the action, it is so peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back here again. The hosts were incredible. Kind, helpful, proactive, and made such a nice experience for us. Thank you!!!!!

We loved our four days in this lovely apartment in Rodovani! Manos met us when we arrived, left us an array of fruit, coffee, tea, bread, and other treats — and was a terrific and cheerful communicator during our stay.

We had a wonderful time. At the reception there was a fruit basket, wine and raki. Leonidas and Maria were very attentive and available at any time. The two give very good tips for things to do or restaurants nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful location and the hosts were so helpful throughout our stay

We spent 10 days at the property with our 2 1/2 year old son. The house is well equipped and really offers everything to have a nice time in the area. The village is secluded from the hustle and bustle, but still offers 2 nice taverns and cafes; and in a few minutes' drive you are on the beach or in one of the numerous taverns in a neighboring village. Nektaria was a great host, always available. We'd love to come back!

We loved our stay in the villa, it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful mountain views with the privacy we were looking for. Check in was super easy, our host gave clear instructions and was helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

The apartment was great. Everything was clean and as described. Stelio was a great host and everything went smoothly. There are supermarkets, mini markets and a bus station in walking distance. All in all, Everything was prefect

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

This place was absolutely beautiful – tastefully furnished with a great eye for detail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop deck was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a sunset. A big thank you to Konstantinos and Stelina, who provide a beautiful apartment for their guests. We loved the layout of the rooms, very modern with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen where nothing was missing (even a salad spinner and a measuring cup were there!) and with a comfortable bed. Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 5 days, real luxury! It smells very pleasant, thanks to the well-chosen incense sticks. For me, a good-smelling apartment is always very important and we appreciated that as well. The balcony is airy and in the shade after 10:00 am, so it is pleasant to stay there and the beautiful view of Souda Bay is simply wonderful. The city center is about 10 minutes by car, so you can quickly get to the center, but also quickly get out again in the evening. Ideal for people who want to enjoy city life, but prefer to have it a little quieter. Thank you again for everything!!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Fully stocked with everything required for our stay. Very helpful host who checked with us a number of times. Very easy check in and out. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Fabulous attentive host. Light bright spacious apartment with a lift. Generous welcome pack , great walk in shower, large extremely comfortable beds and nice fresh linen. Large Windows and sliding doors onto two terraces , one with the hot tub! Sunset and sea views from both terraces. Close to bars and restaurants with Indigos our favourite just across the road on the beach front. We hired a car from the host and went on an adventure. Definitely the way to see Crete! The mountainous centre is fantastic and you get to discover other great places. Recommend Evita beach Bali which is just 30 mins along the coast. Truly a piece of heaven. Very sad to leave!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Anna was a super helpful host. We worked from her place for a week. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It’s only a short walk into town - which is very charming. The beach across the road has crystal clear water - even if there is some debris on the sand. The road is a bit noisy - but the doors keep out the noise. Anna’s place is spacious and very well appointed with everything you could need. Thanks to Anna for the late check out as well!
