Im Herzen des süßen Dörfchens Kalyves gelegen, bist du mit wenigen Schritten am Meer ( mit schönem Sandstrand), im Ort mit Supermärkten, Cafes und vielen kleinen Läden. Fußbodenheizung im Wohnbereich und im Badezimmer, wo es eine Badewanne gibt. Parken: in der Straße ( ausschließlich auf der rechten Seite) oder auf dem großen öffentlichen Parplatz von Kalyves.
