Monthly Rentals in Kalimnos

Lovely peaceful and clean house with an increadiable sea view. The mini pool was our teen daughter’s favorite, she enjoyed a lot. We really loved and enjoyed the house. We went the island by our car so it was very easy to reach the house and discover all the beaches of the island. Otherwise it can be a bit difficult to walk the house on the top ıf you’re a bit lazy on holidays like us. But there is always solutions like taxis, rented cars and motorbikes.

We absolutely loved our time on Kalimnos and the apartment is great. Maria was very helpful and communicative. The house was comfortable and pristine and had all the facilities we needed. The location was ideal for arriving on the ferry from Kos - it’s right on the beautiful waterfront and within very close walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Highly recommended!

Evi is sooooo nice and friendly and kind and always happy to talk and help. The location is beautiful, there are a lot of possibilities to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sea view or sunset. Restaurants and a supermarket are a few minutes walk away, as is the shore. Personally, I struggled with the fridge compressor noises but this is in every accomodation that has amenities like that (I also hate air conditioning etc.- I sleep with headphones on vacation on principle now). general info: Not the ideal city in general if you come by normal car (there is a parking lot close-by that is ok, but depending on where you want to go within the city/cities, GoogleMaps is not your friend, it will try to send you through back alleys made for Smarts, Aygos and scooters) :P Tap water not drinkable! But easy lesson learned upon first contact with it because it is almost as salty as the sea.

The apartment is very nice and is very convenient to get around while being in a quiet and peaceful area. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to make breakfast and in the courtyard you can also cook and then eat outdoors. Arthemis was very kind to us and left us wine and ice cream in the refrigerator, then brought us delicious local sweets from the bakery and before check-out even left us some gifts! Thank you for everything, we felt at home and will recommend this apartment to our friends.
