Villa vacation rentals in Kalimnos

We absolutely loved this super cute, serene property. It was just as described and yet exceeded our expectations. This place was so wonderful we ended up extending our stay knowing that nowhere else would compare. The main house plus guests house provided more than enough space for us - we were two couples and loved being able to spread out and have our own private spaces. Perfectly located being walkable to some great climbing and a short drive to everything else. The hosts were communicative, kind and quick to respond to even the smallest requests. They made us feel right a home and recommended what ended up being our favorite meals on the trip. We felt truly spoiled and highly recommend!

I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. The photos look like this place! It is exceptional, with a quiet location between Masouri and Emporios in a lovely bay. If you climb...crags are literally minutes walking out the door and up the hill, with dozens of routes. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, even finding crutches when I injured my knee. I could not recommend more highly! We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay here! Gorgeous villa in a great location with an amazing garden, pool and amenities. The host was very attentive and quick to communicate.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The house was exceptionally clean, and it was cleaned daily with sheets and towels frequently changed. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the view was beautiful. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed for an extended period and left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Cem was a helpful host and her place was lovely. Great pool and view and nice big house. The property manager was also helpful for check in and check out. The area doesn’t have a lot to do but the house itself was a great base for us. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our group — even though it was off season, we had one child in the group and he had an amazing time playing in the garden and swimming in the pool. The house and outdoor areas were beautiful and very well maintained. It’s also just a short walk to the sea, also markets nearby. Köksal was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and comfortable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend !

The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos, we had no problems. The pool and house were very clean. The only problem was that the number of some necessities in the kitchen was insufficient, but it was not an obstacle to use. Thank you to the host.

If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

We loved to have “Tesla” with our booking because the island is big and you need transportation to go anywhere you like. So when you book the villa, Tesla comes with that which is a great idea. We wish we could take the boat trip too. I hope next time :)

Perfect gorgeous place. Amazing views

This place is an absolute gem! It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We stayed there as a group of 16 people, and everybody loved it. Some of us even went so far as to vote it the best airbnb we ever stayed in. It is a beautiful villa on the hill surrounded with oleanders and other flower shrubs with spectacular views of the sea and the island. Every apartment has it's own balcony, and the common areas are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and fresh. The terrace with the pool faces east and provides an opportunity to look at the sunrise over the sea. Panos is very friendly and helpful in many ways. He helped to transport us from and to the ferry, and even drove us to the supermarket to shop groceries and helped with translation at the store. It is a place we really want to return to!

we first stumbled upon this flat on house it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.samuel is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace and the view are excellent. Location is incredible. Samuel had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! Samuel's house was a perfect choice for our stay on Leros - it had everything we needed and was very clean and quiet in a lovely location. Loved walking to the beach for our early morning swims to wake up. Also helped by Samuel being a great host, booking us the best restaurant on the island, sorting our car hire, cleaning etc and also guiding us where to visit to get the best out of our holiday. Flawless everything

Beautiful villa with astonishing view. Everything brand new and kitchen fully equipped. Breakfast and aperitive on the terrace are a unique experience. The village/area is very quiet if you are looking to relax. Nice beaches on the Island and good authentic tavernas. Suggest to rent a car and if weather conditions are good also a boat to visit the Island. Top property owner.
