Vacation rentals with beach access in Kala Nera

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα — ευρύχωρο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο, σε όμορφη τοποθεσία με ωραία θέα και απόλυτη ησυχία. Η φιλοξενία της κ. Λένας ήταν υποδειγματική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

Η πραγματικότητα ξεπέρασε τις φωτογραφίες που είδαμε. Ένα πραγματικό στολίδι το σπίτι της κας Anneli. Πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, ήσυχο είχε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Η κα Anneli φιλική, εξυπηρετική, προνοητική μας πρόσφερε απλόχερα τη φιλοξενία της στο υπέροχο σπίτι της και περάσαμε ένα εξαιρετικό τριήμερο. Σας ευχαριστούμε κα Anneli, θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Πολυ καλή τοποθεσία και εύκολη πρόσβαση. Καθαρός χορός, φωτεινός και τακτοποιημένος. Ο κύριος Γιώργος πολύ εξυπηρετικός σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε και πολύ φιλικός. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ! Ευχαριστούμε κύριε Γιώργο! Εις το επανιδείν!

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ καλοί άνθρωποι, πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, αμεσοι ,φιλόξενοι. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό και λειτουργικό. Οι χώροι ηταν πολύ έξυπνα διαρρυθμισμενοι εχουν σκεφτεί και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. πολύ θετικο ότι η θάλασσα ήταν ακριβώς μπροστά στην αυλή του σπιτιού. Η θάλασσα αρκετά καθαρή αλλά με πέτρες, για εμάς ήταν το μόνο αρνητικό,κατι για το οποίο δεν ευθύνονται οι άνθρωποι εκεί. Για όσους τους αρέσει η φύση και η ησυχία είναι ο καλύτερος προορισμός... Τους ευχαριστούμε!!!

Delizioso appartamento fronte mare, dotato di tutti i confort. Gode di una posizione invidiabile praticamente sul mare, davanti ad una spiaggia pubblica ed attrezzata. L' host è stato subito pronto ad intervenire quando lo abbiamo contattato per una difficoltà. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto se si viaggia con bambini. Eccezionale! Grazie torneremo sicuramente!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν φανταστικό! Ο χώρος άνετος και καθαρός. Υψηλή αισθητική. Ησυχία και εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Οι οδηγίες ήταν σαφείς. Σίγουρα value for money επιλογή σε όλα του.

Bardzo nam się podobało w domku Georgii. Wszytko było dokładnie tak, jak w ofercie. Czysto, cicho i przytulnie. Jeśli jeszcze kiedykolwiek wybierzemy się na półwysep Pelion, to zdecydowanie chciałbym zatrzymać się w tym miejscu raz jeszcze. Pozdrawiam serdecznie

La maison de Panos est située dans un environnement verdoyant très agréable. Les deux terrasses disponibles permettent de choisir agréablement sa position en fonction du soleil. Le logement, partie d’une grande maison divisée en trois, est très bien équipé et décoré. Le village de Tsagkarada, très étalé, dispose de places typiques et de jolies tavernes pour dîner.

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

Παρά πολύ καλοί άνθρωποι οι οικοδεσπότες..πολύ ευγενικοί Κ πρόθυμοι πάντα να βοηθήσουν!! μου έκανε τόσο καλή εντύπωση που οι χώροι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι Κ ειδικά η κουζίνα, που πάντα κουβαλάμε μαζί μας extra πράγματα απ' το σπίτι 😁.. Αυτό όμως που ολοκλήρωσε τις διακοπές μας ήταν η μεγαλη παρέα που κάναμε με τις οικογένειές απ' τα άλλα δύο δωμάτια στην κοινόχρηστη αυλή..υπέροχα βράδια!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ, ευχόμαστε να καταφέρουμε να ξανάρθουμε..και να ξέρετε σας προτείνουμε παντού 🩷

The first thing that pops into my mind when coming to write about Simos’ house is the iconic movie “A room with a view” . But here we have a house with a view. And what a beautiful view. The amazing blue sea is there in front of you wherever you look. An endless blue tranquility that gives so much peace and quiet. Spectacular ! The house had all we needed: clean towels and linen, kitchen with the necessary equipment etc’. A part from that the village is small but has everything we wanted. We found a peace of heaven on earth and we look forward to come back. Thank you Simos for this amazing experience we had in your house.

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Dimitris a été adorable avec nous , il était réactif et gentil à chaque échange que nous avons eu. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé à 10 secondes de la promenade en bord de mer. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre ou partager un repas en amoureux ou entre amis. La cuisine est top, le lit est confortable, le salon cosy, la salle de bain nickel également. En plus tout était vraiment super propre. Je recommande à quiconque voudrait passer un super moment à Volos !

Υπέροχος χώρος στο κέντρο της πόλης καθαρός κ με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές !! Συγχαρητήρια στον οικοδεσπότη για το τρόπο λειτουργίας του καταλύματος κ τον σεβασμό στον επισκέπτη !! Θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα ξανά ! Ευχαριστώ για την φιλοξενία !

Super saubere & schöne Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden war, was man auf Reisen benötigen könnte. Tolle Lage in einer ruhigen Straße, schöne Restaurants & Cafes in der Nähe :)

Fabuleux ! Un studio confortable, décoré avec soin et goût, très bien équipé, au calme, proche de la plage - et du très beau musée archéologique -, avec un arrêt de bus à 1 mn à pied, et une terrasse extraordinaire, à la vue magnifique ! Ajoutez les petits cadeaux de bienvenue ( excellent vin blanc et délicieux chocolats), et vous avez là toutes les conditions pour un séjour divin ! merci Pétros, pour votre sollicitude aussi, et votre grande courtoisie !
