The downstairs apartment includes a bedroom, a large and luxurious bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area, and a spacious dining area. The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two luxurious bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV in all bedrooms and living rooms, and internet available throughout the house.

60 sq. m (646 sq. ft) apartment in a seaside complex, on the ground floor with a private balcony overlooking a shared courtyard full of flowers, ideal for moments of relaxation and play for young children. Parking is available, and within 200 meters, you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. During your stay, you will enjoy the tranquility of the sea and explore the whole of Pelion. Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games, puzzles and books for children of different ages. The flat has underfloor heating. It is regulated to 21 C and works day and night the same temperature. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

Marleen house is an old, traditional stone house build in 1928 in Pelion, Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful destinations in Pelion. It is located in a quiet spot, viewing the Aegean sea. Our shaded garden is the best spot from which to watch the sun rising from the sea! It is in the center of the village, next to the famous “Skala” bar and close to the local market, restaurants, and cafés.
