Vacation rentals in Kala Nera

we loved it. we walked in and we knew it was the perfect setup for us and our three children. AC upstairs works well, nice yard kids can play in, kitchen you can actually cook in and nice living room to hang out as family. The house is near the "main road" of West Pellion- this does not mean it's noisy. it does make it a great base for exploring all of Pellion (mountains, west side, south Pellion and east). 10 minute walk from beach (3 year old pace). was nice for us not to be on direct shore line. Amazing hosts- kind, respectful, responsive and helpful. Their parents live next door- very nice, respectful and friendly. We loved it

Thank you Marios for a great hospitality. The house is amazing. It is beautiful from the inside and the outside. The view is marvelous and the pool is so amazing. We had the quite private vacation we wished for and more. The communication was very easy and we felt very welcome. I would definitely want to come back again. Thank you again

l'ospitalità di Efthalia è Fotis è stata perfetta. La casa pulita e curata, con tutte le necessità per una vacanza comoda. La casa si trova nel piacevole paesino di Kala Nera alle pendici del Pelion. Puoi raggiungere facilmente sia Volos che i paesini del Pelion che le spiagge nei dintorni.

Lovely, peaceful house in a secluded area of the Pelion region, just a 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars (supermarket just 5 minutes walk away). We spent over a week based here, enjoying the tranquility and visiting the rest of the coast. Panagiotis was very responsive and accommodating and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. There were a couple of small issues such as very slow wifi (hard to look up places on maps when planning day trips and couldn't connect to the speaker) and there were a couple of nights where the neighborhood dogs were barking throughout the night, but I guess to be expected in the area as there are many cute dogs around! As beach towels/chairs weren't provided, we ended up going to Kala Nera often where there are many beach bars with beds available. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking to explore the area in calm surroundings. Thank you Panagiotis! :)

María was very helpful with everything we needed, good location , 5 minutes walk from the beach. No Wifi but that was the only flaw. Recommend Ane without a doubt

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, ανακαινισμένος και εξοπλισμένος με κάθε ευκολία που θα μπορούσαμε να ζητήσουμε. Η θέα της θάλασσας από το μπαλκόνι σε μαγνητίζει οπότε περάσαμε αρκετές ώρες εκεί - πραγματική απόλαυση. Ο οικοδεσπότης (Δημήτρης) ήταν απίστευτα φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για να απαντήσει σε κάθε μας ερώτηση άμεσα. Οι οδηγίες του ήταν σαφέστατες και βρήκαμε το διαμέρισμα πολύ εύκολα. Κάθε λεπτομέρεια, από το όμορφο κέρασμα υποδοχής στο τραπέζι μέχρι τις μικρές πινελιές φιλοξενίας, έδειχνε πόσο μεράκι έχει βάλει ο οικοδεσπότης σε αυτό το μέρος. Ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια μοναδική και ζεστή εμπειρία διαμονής!

Α home away from home! Andromachi, was a lovely, cosy house in a very quiet, yet strategically located area, near the most popular villages. It was fully equipped with everything we needed (e.g., cooking equipment, iron, logs for the fireplace) and the sea view was stunning. Having our breakfast on the terrace was one of our favourite moments! Last but not least, the owner made the experience even better, not only with his eagerness to help but also with his kindness and the interesting discussions we had. We can't wait to go back!

Wir haben zu sechst eine knappe Woche in Christos Unterkunft verbracht. Christos war sehr hilfreich und flexibel beim Check-in und hat uns sogar mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Er war immer für uns erreichbar und sehr nett. Die Unterkunft an sich war perfekt für uns drei Paare. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer und durch die getrennten Eingänge viel Privatsphäre, viel Platz und sogar eigene Kühlschränke. Die Gemeinschaftsräume wie die große Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die große Dachterrasse mit Meerblick war das Highlight. Die Lage im Dorf ist ebenfalls ideal, man kann fussläufig den Strand und die Restaurants erreichen und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
