This fully equipped two-bedroom, two- bathroom condo is in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. The start and finish of the Ironman Triathlon is a five- minute walk away, as are shopping, dining, and Kailua's night life. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom, one with a stand up shower and the second with a tub/shower combination. The wifi is fast and reliable and the shaded, fan cooled, lanai is right off the pool. Both the condo and the complex are no smoking zones.

The living area features a comfortable couch with decorative pillows, a glass coffee table, and a patterned area rug. Light-colored walls are complemented by ocean-themed art. A dining space is visible in the background with a modern table and woven chairs. Natural light fills the room.

Prime Location: Walk to all Kona has to offer!

The interior of this thoughtfully created space is a stand out if you are at all familiar with the typical offerings in the area. Quartz counters, custom shower, AC, and a great location. One parking space is included just in front of the apartment so getting in and out is fast and easy. Walking distance to all Kona has to offer and clean, cool, and comfortable to come home to. Please ask any and all questions. We are long-time residents and hope to make your stay all it can be.
