Condo vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona

Wendy’s place was amazing for us. We loved watching the surfers in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! One day we took an uber to the beach and used the chairs and umbrella. They were great! My husband is a larger man and fit nicely in their beach chairs. Another thing to note is there location. It’s walkable to town but down the road so you get that peace and quiet. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Vincent's place. Very clean, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, and amazing location. It's a 15 minute walk or a 3-minute drive to A-Bay, which is a wonderful and calm beach for swimming. The condo was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and towels, even boogie boards and snorkels. Great location, we loved exploring the Kohala Coast and the surrounding beaches, and there is good food within Waikoloa Beach and in the surrounding resorts. AC kept things comfortable and we loved the shaded patio for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay and I hope we get to come back!

We had a beautiful stay at Jan’s place. We saw dolphins from the balcony and fell asleep listening to the waves. It’s so close to the ocean you can hear and smell and feel it all the time. We didn’t plan many activities ahead of time and we used the guidebook and beach gear every day of our trip. We let our hearts decide what we wanted to do and it worked out so well! The kitchen is well stocked with necessities if you want to cook meals, and there is a coffee maker with k-cups. The beds are super comfortable and there are plenty of towels. The location is walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants you could want, and you can look for tide pools in the lava rock right next to the condo. We had a great experience and hope to return someday!

Lovely and spacious apartment with the most beautiful views. It was all very clean with all amenities including beach towels. Dani was very responsive and gave lots of great tips and advice. They also made sure we were settled and comfortable, which I thought was very kind.

Beautiful clean and roomy condo in a perfect location. Close to everything Kona had to offer. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay inside or while out on the beach. Would highly recommend! And would love to come back one day. Thanks again for an awesome vacation!

This place was awesome! Such beautiful views of the ocean, comfortable seating on lanai and full stocked kitchen. Seems they thought of everything from an ice chest to beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and even sun hats. Easy walk to town for dinner and light shopping. We had a small problem of no electricity when we arrived. I called William and he was there to fix it within 5 minutes. I would love to come back and stay another time😃

Dan & Kristen’s place was perfect. Had everything we needed. Both beds were comfortable. Pool was great and the bbq area was prime. Close to everything.. had no issues with parking. We would stay here again. Mahalo 🤙🏼

We loved staying here! The location was close to many things in the Kona area. The dedicated parking spot made it easy to come and go. The mini-split AC was quiet and kept the place cool. The in-unit laundry was great too.

Had a great time. Host was welcoming and provided clear instructions. Also, we were able to check in early.

My family and I spent four glorious nights at this air bnb. The location was fantastic! The resort is beautiful! We felt so comfortable returning each evening after our adventures on the big island. The Kona Coast resort is wonderful and having a shopping complex with a grocery store close by (walkable) was a great convenience. I hope we can go back someday. Highly recommend. 10/10.

This beachside condo is in a great spot by Kailua-Kona. Easy access to several beaches and not far from the downtown area. There are lots of great amenities in the unit: beach towels and toys, pickleball equipment, and a wonderful lanai. Pamela was very helpful with local recommendations and quick responses.

Loved staying here! It’s close enough you can walk to beaches & restaurants but far enough there’s ‘peace & quiet’ from the downtown. We ate breakfast everyday on the patio with the view & I ran every morning along the street & beaches. Brenda had super clear info for checking in & no need to ask questions because she was so proactive & had a book of info & recommendations. The Roku allowed us to listen to music on Spotify as well. I’m super grateful that she had basic kitchen/cleaning items like salt, pepper, some spices, oil, coffee, reusable Keurig container, extra paper towels, dishwasher & clothes washer items. It’s so annoying to have to go out & buy those things when staying at an airbnb considering you only need a little. I didn’t think they’d have oil & bought some before we checked in on the way but was so pleasantly surprised to see the pantry items. I used most of the oil left & paid it forward with the new bottle :) there was even snorkel gear, cooler, chairs & surfboards

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others. The view is spectacular, the location is easily accessible, far enough away from the city center to be peaceful, yet close enough to reach shops and restaurants with ease. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. When we travel back to the island, we will certainly look to stay here again.

Location is everything in Kona and this place has it. Centrally located in Kona with easy walking access to tons of restaurant, bars and shopping options. Kona can be a busy place at times so to be able to leave the car behind and walk to nearby options is a HUGE advantage. The condo was as described and is perfect for two adults. The condo complex provided lush landscaping, nice pool area and a very helpful front desk in case you are in need of something during your stay.

This was my second stay here. Condo has been updated beautifully since my last stay in 2022. Stephen and Amber go above and beyond with extra touches. Felt very at home!

My fiancé and I were lucky enough to book this beautiful place last minute with easy check in. Central to everything and very walkable. Clean with everything you need! We honestly had the best time and I hope next time, we can rebook here!

We loved our stay in Kona at Donna’s place. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a great trip. The kitchen is very well equipped, and everything we needed was available in the bathroom. The pool and BBQ area were a big plus, as were the air conditioning and the nearby coffee shop. We highly recommend it!

This unit is a gem. The ground level, ocean front location is hard to beat. The decor is updated and gorgeous and the space is comfortable, while still be very modern and sleek. The space is laid out well and has everything you need to relax and be comfortable. The location right next to Magic Sands Beach is awesome and nearby grocery abs shopping options are very convenient. The hosts were proactive and friendly, and I had a stay without any issues at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Ina is a very informative and responsive host. She recommended some great local restaurants and places to hang out. The house is clean and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There is a beautiful view of the beach behind the apartment (2 minutes walk). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and ingredients. However, we didn't have time to cook. One thing we found annoying was that the AC was portable and a bit noisy.

I always pick a hotel/rental off of view and patio and this place did not disappoint. Gorgeous condo right off the 12th tee overlooking the crashing waves. Stunning beach and golf course views. Walking around the neighborhood and golf course paths was very nice. Condo itself was comfortable, modern, clean and has everything needed to feel at home. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and found the kitchen well stocked. Extras like coffee pods and creamer were much appreciated. Lots of little conveniences noted throughout the stay. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. It was spacious and comfortable--and it was walkable to many attractions and eateries on Alii Drive--though far enough away, not to be amidst the loud hubbub. It also provided easy access to the highways leading north and south of Kona. I most appreciated the in-condo washer and dryer. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe here. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Kona Aloha in Kailua-Kona! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The location was absolutely perfect—super convenient to beaches, restaurants, shops, and all the amazing sights the Big Island has to offer. It was the ideal home base for exploring and made my time on the island even more memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located spot with that true aloha spirit!
