Monthly Rentals in Kabayan

I stayed in Bright and Light for 14 nights, almost half a month. The place felt really homey, every morning they served breakfast up in their veranda at 7am, which is really helpful for me as a busy human. There you will be greeted by their friendly dog Bouncy, who is really good in entertaining guests. The unit itself is spacious, in fact it was big for me alone as it has 5 beds if I am not mistaken. The room have all the necessities needed; refrigerator, heater, microwave, and the 2 bathrooms have heaters to warm you up in the cold weather. Majority of the time it was quiet in the compound, there was only one time that there were loud voices heard on the unit beside me but the owner was quick to tell them to keep their voices lowered as to not disturb the people around. The only down side was that the internet was a bit slow so I had to use my data most of the time, but that's not really a deal breaker. The owners are really hospitable, and kind as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Short but memorable! We’ll definitely book again when we come back. The place is spacious and there are common areas where you can hangout and enjoy the Baguio weather and it’s views. Pet-friendly and the host, Albert, is very welcoming and friendly. They serve free big breakfast! Location is not in the city center and commute can be a little problem but if you prefer a peaceful stay then this one is perfect. Overall it was a memorable and wonderful experience! i’ll definitely recommend this place.

We had a pleasant stay at Antonio’s place. The host is helpful and responsive. The house is clean and the location is nice, with small stores nearby for your necessities. Kitchen is complete and the host is thoughtful to have condiments ready for the guests to use. The nice interiors are well maintained. The caretaker is doing a very good job and is nice and accommodating. Thank you for having us!

The unit is very clean and spotless filled with useful appliances that are all functioning well. I had a good night sleep since the bed is very cozy. The host provided us with a lot of complimentaries, and she is easy very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely prefer staying again in this listing when visiting Baguio in the future.
