Vacation rentals with beach access in Jureia

This is our second time staying at Maria Beatriz's apartment. Once again everything was spotless. The location is amazing, very close to the beach. The apartment is complete, everything works. Maria Beatriz helps us in everything we need. Very good. We will come back more often for sure!

Clean, well-equipped apartment, beautiful view and close to the beach to go on foot, with the advantage of having beach service available. The building has an excellent play area for both adults and children. Friendly, polite and responsive host, and give clear instructions in advance. We want to return!

The place is great, as well as in the photos. We arrived and found everything clean and smelling, excellent bedding and towels, good furniture and airy house. Very close to the beach (only cross the street). Otimo condominium, helpful staff (set up stall on the beach for guests), hot pool and laundry at your disposal. Rodrigo is attentive and responds quickly to messages. We had an excellent period, I recommend.

We went as a family and we really felt at home, when we arrived in the neighborhood, for those who do not know the region scares… narrow and sandy streets, but the condominium and the house is literally a private paradise! The way from the condominium to the beach is beautiful and easy to access, but with wheelchairs or limitations I do not recommend! The extremely calm and warm sea, a safe place and very well frequented. Anyway the house and the beach are wonderful and complement each other, the very simple neighborhood… having to go to Maresias for tours and shopping! We love and make sense for us! We were 6 adults and 1 child.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Sensational apartment, fully equipped, spacious and practical. Next to the beach, where you arrive walking. Spacious condominium and a grand pool, with very good parking. Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.
