Construction attached to the Solar Brasonado from the century, with Chapel, classified as a Property of Public Interest, belonging to the same family to this day. Old house attached to the BIG HOUSE (ad CASA GRANDE DE JUNCAIS) transformed into a small independent apartment, the Alambique has 1 bedroom with double bed, mezzanine with 2 single beds, 2 toilets, living room, kitchenette and salamander and has capacity for 4 people. Guests will have access to the game room, billiards, ping-pong, foosball, bicycles and swimming pool. Guests are provided with information about places to visit, where to eat, which way to go... and someone from the House is always around for any support that is needed. It is located in the center of the village, constituting one side of the main square, in an area of 5444 m2. Located in Serra da Estrela, a few kilometers from Penhas Douradas, in an area of Castles and Historic Villages, where it is possible to hike on signposted trails, venture into Paragliding (in the neighboring Historic Village of Linhares) or cool off on the river beaches of Mondego and Zêzere. In the region, the gastronomic offer maintains the authenticity of the old days, with dishes such as goat with míscaros, Carqueja rice, pickled river fish and morcelas with greens, not to mention rye bread, excellent olive oil and Dão wine.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Relax Container

Last minute PROMOTION: Free JACUZZI for all reservations between 14th and 18th o June! The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
