The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. I booked this for my family who were visiting Dubai and highly recommend it. It is a well-decorated, clean apartment, suitable for families with children, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and amenities. The location is also outstanding, with cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. I also liked that the listing came with an underground parking space. The hosts were professional and very responsive, which made the entire process easy. Thanks for having us!

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

Unforgettable stay – highly recommended! I highly recommend staying at this place! The stay was fantastic – the pool and the view of the skyline were simply indescribably beautiful. In reality, everything is much more impressive than in the pictures or in the description. The host really thought of everything and made the start particularly pleasant – we were greeted with water, milk, bread and even chocolate. The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. We felt comfortable all around and would come back anytime

We booked the apartment as a family of 5. Our idea was surpassed. The location of the apartment is perfect. Right at the marina, there are some nice places to eat and the food market is also right around the corner. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway. From here you can easily and cheaply go to the Burj Khalifa and the associated mall. The infinity pool is fantastic. The water is pleasantly cool, here you can also eat and drink cheaply. Pizza Margarita €13 and beer €3. The children slept on the pull-out couch and the parents in the king-size bed. For our youngest 9 months, we had a crib provided. Communication was fast and precise, and early check-in was possible, thank you very much🙏🏼. We felt so comfortable, as if it were our own home. We didn't want to leave anymore. We were in another apartment before, so we had the comparison. THANK YOU

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai! The location is unbeatable— right on JBR Beach, just steps from the sea. The apartment is part of a luxury residence attached to a five-star hotel, which made the whole experience feel like a resort vacation. I had access to a private pool, a well-equipped gym, and exclusive beachfront lounges for residents. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy all the hotel's amenities-especially the wide variety of fancy restaurants right downstairs. There were so many amazing dining options to choose from! Getting around was super easy-taxis were always just a minute away, so exploring Dubai was effortless. A special thank you to the host Kiran who kindly gifted me a box of premium Dubai dates. Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
