I had an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful residential community. The private beach, private gym, and grocery store in the parking lot were all very convenient. The flat was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sarbjeet Singh, the guest service team member, was very pleasant and always available to solve minor issues. I highly recommend staying here.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

My family and I spent a little over a week at Simon's place. First of all, it must be said that the communication was perfect at all times. Simon always answered all questions very quickly and competently. He also gave tips about an app "The Entertainer" and other valuable information for our stay. The apartment has an incredibly good location and the views are WOW. Price/performance is great and we can recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks so much for the beautiful Dubai holidays

Zamil is a great host and the location of the apt was on the spot, loads of options in and out of the bld, metro station 1 min away, no traffic to enter and leave the area, nice view, quiet place in a busy area, just great! Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

My stay at the apartment was great as the host Magdy was very helpful, communication very well and was available from check in to check out process. The pictures are very accurate and it is a spacious apartment. Additionally, the amenities were great as there is a sauna, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The area is great as there is a supermarket walking distance and a mall not too far. Magdy is one of the most phenomenal hosts I've come across using Airbnb as he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great, comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely recommend and will be returning next time visiting the city.

I definitely recommend this apartment, everything went great, before renting the apartment, I read the reviews of real people who lived in it and my husband and I were not disappointed, the location is very convenient , everything was within walking distance. Very convenient smart lock for entry👍 The hostess was always in touch. We liked everything!! Location and so on 👍 We will definitely come back 🙏 I definitely recommend this apartment
