The WIESENHOF in Patsch near Innsbruck offers three high-quality APARTMENTS for your well-being vacation in the mountains. The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Mit Blick auf die Hohe Munde kannst du deinen Urlaub in den Alpen besonders genießen! Zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Schränken und ein begehbarer Ankleideraum stehen euch im oberen Stock zur Verfügung. Unten befindet sich eine komfortable Couch mit einem großen Smart TV und Blick auf die Terrasse, ein Badezimmer, Küche sowie der Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe.

Sie erwartet ein grandioser Ausblick in das wunderschöne Sellraintal. Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Meine Großeltern haben dieses Haus als kleine Pension gebaut und betrieben. Dort, wo damals separate Gästezimmer waren, befindet sich heute eine neu renovierte lichtdurchflutete 100qm 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung mit Bergblick, in der ich jetzt lebe. Da ich jedoch selbst viel unterwegs bin, habe ich beschlossen die Tradition des Hauses fortzusetzen und gelegentlich Gäste zu empfangen. Vielleicht schon bald dich?
